Hotel Kosala

This property is not what it shows in photographs or lists its various amenities. There is no parking. There is no restaurant. The hotle is literally in a small road off the main road above a Bata shop. The towels were grey in colour instead of white. The whole hotel and room were stinking. The photograph is a lie. Really disappointed. We had to find another place to stay in Vijaywada. Please don't stay here if you are a couple or a family.

cockroaches crawling all over ,dirty soiled linen have dirty patches someone used, smelly, no hot water for bath, tv not working, did not provide enough pillows, did not provide drinking water, broken hot pot, service very poor i had call twice for everything, response is very poor, did not answer our phone twice we called for hot water to bathe. we could sleep fear of cockroaches, they should refund our money. Best of all, no continental breakfast , when i went and asked, service person said he will give one idly, one dosa ,one vada. coffee or tea. This is cheating there was reason why i chose this place and paid for. morning when i went to pay they kept telling my card did not work that is false, i called my card there was no problem. they wanted cash. my other hotel stay i booked so far had no problem this is the worst experience. why do they advertise free continental breakfast, dinning area is dusty and dirty trash all over the floor they should refund my money.

I was looking for an overnight car parking facility and booked this hotel primarily because it offered car parking. What was available was a road-side parking in a narrow lane. The rooms very very small and totally uncomfortable and there wasnt hot water in the bath room. The breakfast was a limited edition and not buffet. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. It wasnt value for money..

Vraiment en cas de dépannage et pour 15 euros...
