We went during Kumbh but for the money we thought the clean and leaky bathrooms are not worth. Food was very good in this hotel.

This is good hotel to stay, rooms are good but don't expect too much. Food from restaurant is good. However their staff need some better training for hospitality which I can understand as it's ~3 star hotel. We overpaid for our stay as I visited during kumbh but if you get this hotel in below 2-3k with breakfast it's good deal( btw I paid 10k per night per room)..so it was not value for money for me

It’s a new hotel. Its services are good but not up to standards. Its location is premium but services are not .

My stay at hotel Rama Continental Prayagraj was nothing short of excellent! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, offering both comfort and security throughout my visit. The room was very clean, thanks to the excellent housekeeping team, and every space felt clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel truly welcomed. In particular, Ms. Shalini at reception was always kind and welcoming and helpful. The hotel’s convenient location made visiting the area effortless, and the delicious food was a highlight of my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you for making my visit so enjoyable in Prayagraj.

Pros: 1. It is in civil lines - walkable to many dining options. Great location 2. The lobby area is awesome, very modern. 3. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and service oriented. Cons: 1. We stayed in the 2nd floor, common area carpet is smelly. 2. All the "clear company" water bottles (8-9 bottles) they provided during our 1 day stay had their bottle cap seal broken. We suspected they collected used bottles and filled from a local water source. Felt very troubling and suspicious. 3. Bathroom: shampoo, shower gel were provided in microscopic containers - hardly sufficient for a baby/toddler to take bath. 4. Bathroom has a walk-in shower with door missing. Rest of the non-shower area bathroom floor became very wet with water after anyone else took a shower. Overall I would not stay in this hotel again due to their "penny wise, pound foolish" attitude, trying to cut corners instead of focusing on providing a great experience.
