Hotel Reeva Suites

nice hotel to stay.but room i was given tap water was very slow flowing.Manger should have told me about drop out and pick up facility to Temple was provided by the Hotel Mangmaent. But Thanks to the Driver has communicated.

I booked my reservation 3 months before and my stay supposed to be from 25 to 27th March 2016. I arrived 26th March 2016 as early as 4.30am and I was told no booking under my name at all. Imagine me alone with my 5 years old boy where I have my reservation printout in my hand and telling me no room booked. With a help of a friend I managed to get a room after half an hour confrontation.Worst more staff cannot speak English and I can't speak Hindi. I was promised to given King size bed upon internet confirmation but I got only Queen size. Worst part is dono how many time the electricy goes off where you have to call the reception to let know. Breakfast was no much variety at all. This is the worst experience I had. Having good looking hotel but bad service. Will surely not go again to this Hotel in future.

It's was a nightmare staying there.First of all we reached around 20:00 hrs the rooms weren't ready and they didn't had the full information. Even when they managed the rooms were smelling like they haven't been in use for long time. The toilets seat were worse then the public toilets. In night so many mosquitos were there even requesting them for some repellents was ignored. We were fortunate to have Darshan in evening only and were waiting for morning so that we go could go back home

well this is the third time i am staying in this hotel.Usually i dont write reviews though i love writing,but i always think its a waste of time.Today i have specifically dedicated time to write because expedia gave such a great deal .about the hotel first.it is a highly spacious hotel.Initially they used to provide inhotel facilities like kettle and all,this time it was removed.The hotel is a bit far from temple,say about 800m as compared to other hotels.Rest as usual the hotel has courteous staff good large infact huge rooms and a serene enviroment .the staff is as usual awesome.Awesome place.They gave us a complementary very earlt(6hrs in advance) checkin though we checked out early as well.Even the breakfast was as usual awewifi did not catch any signals.The best part why i am writing is the price which expedia provided was not even 1/3rd to the price but even lesser to what i have been paying for the last 3 visits.Hats off EXPEDIA.
