Das Zimmer, immerhin Deluxe, war ranzig, abgewohnt und ohne Fenster nach draussen!!!! Fenster ging zu einem Aufzugslichthof! Das Bad war in schlechtem Zustand, die Schläuche angeranzt, schimmelig, der Abfuss stank und der Abfluss vom Waschbecken ging in einen Bodenablauf und machte ständig Gluckergeräusche. Keine Empfehlung

I already wrote a details on bad things that can happen in this hotel. #Terrible smell in lobby and rooms,Chemical lemongrass and sewer. Dirty floors, slippery and moldy tiny bathroom Rom # 404 and #410.All employees without uniform. Minutes after checking in taking the Expedia/ Hotel.com review and giving thumps down to all. Off premises manager A. JHA calling and begging,strongly suggesting and bullying me to fix the review so they can get 4 star.Meanwhile wrongfully putting the 2.5 star hotel as 4 star. Check out I reach the desk at 7:20 am. They ask for cash, suggesting them I am not carrying that much cash, they suggest a ATM, refused that too, they tried my credit card 2 times, now again suggest me to go to ATM, I gave another card, this time an international, another person comes in and swiped my card 2 times. Meanwhils my ride, taxi calls the front office and says he is waiting. 7:35, my husband joins, they offer to accompany him to a nearby ATM to withdraw cash as their Credit Card Processor is not working. He also refuses to pay cash so they tried his card on another mashine. 7:45, they still insist on paying cash for the worst hotel room and surroundings.

Generally it was good. But the ground floor reception was not good.

酒店真的很一般，比不上国内的靖江之星，我也很纳闷这个是怎么评的四星，WiFi差到爆，酒店也不是很干净，体验很糟。

Das Hotel ist renovierungs Bedürftig die Zimmer waren gut, es gab keinen roof top Garden und eine Lobby gibt es auch nicht, wenn man als Gruppe dort hin reist kann man sich nur ins Restaurant zusammen setzen, das Personal im Restaurant war auch gut das Essen hat geschmeckt. Man läuft 4min zur Metro von da kann man alle Ziele der Stadt erreichen, für Indien ein echt gutes Hotel das komplette Personal war super Nett!

Wir kamen nachts an mit einstündiger Verspätung, der Transfer hat bereits gewartet (ziemlich zerschlissen und eng, waren 6 Personen (3 Pärchen, Alter: Mitte 20 - Anfang 30), hatten schon ein sauberes Fahrzeug erwartet, aber gut). Nachtrezeptionist war ziemlich verpeilt, spricht kein Englisch, die tagsüber schon. Das Hotel ist ok, würde eher 2-3 Sterne geben (uns war natürlich klar, dass wir kein 4 Sterne auf europäischem Niveau erwarten können), die Jalousie im Bad war dreckig (oder Schimmel, so genau wollten wir nicht hinschauen). Ansonsten war das Personal am Desk, sowie die Kellner im Restaraunt nett. Frühstück war so lala, zu wenig Auswahl, Speisen wechselten alle 2 Tage, wir haben dort zumeist auch abends gegessen à la carte, dies war gut. Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer Hauptstraße, fußläufig gibt es eine Einkauffstraße, wo man eigentlich alles findet, Restaurants etc., die Metro war auch nur ca 5 Min fußläufig entfernt (Haltestelle Patel Nagar), mit dieser kam man super schnell und günstig überall hin. Was ich schade finde, das Hotel besitzt im EG eine "Lobby", aber keine Sitzmöglichkeiten, des Weiteren konnten man zwar auf die Dachterasse, aber es gab kein Licht oder wurde nicht eingeschaltet, es gab auch eine Küche extra für die Dachterasse, es war aber in der Woche in der wir da waren nicht möglich dort etwas zu bestellen.

This hotel is not BRAND NEW, but it is very well maintained and clean. All staff members spoke English and were very helpful. I am not familiar with New Delhi and didn't really do much sight seeing in the area, so it's hard to judge on the location. But in terms of comfort, we were very pleased with our room :) The hotel has a lift, so it is convenient for parents with kids and a stroller or for people with walking difficulties.

I chose this hotel because I filtered the Expedia search for hotels with Shuttle. I assumed that since they provided a shuttle it must be close to the airport but it was farther than I had thought. And to make matters worse, I had to pay a premium for the shuttle (about 4 times the cost of Uber). There were a lot of hotels much closer to airport with better prices.

Service was satisfactory. Room was clean. But the location was not so good (next to the road and metro, so a bit noisy and air quality seems to be a bit affected).

hotel is average 3 star. rooms are clean but mine was tiny. service is hit and miss. they try to deliver the best services but don't have the staff to do it. my room wasn't cleaned the second day and i had to keep reminding them. they do go out of their way to try to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is at 7 but i had an early train on my first day and needed to leave before 7. they put breakfast on for me at 6.30. breakfast is ok if you like a traditional indian breakfast. choice of 3 or 4 traditional options us cereal and toast.

部屋は清潔で綺麗だが、シャワーのお湯の出が最悪。たっぷりのお湯でシャワーを浴びたい方には勧めらない。

Very small room with outdated furniture. Pictures on website are photo shopped and highly misleading. No luxurious feeling or ambience in the hotel and would classify this as a 3 star hotel.
