Hotel Sai Dham International

My Family visited the hotel on 27/11 but the hospitality by the staff was very bad and they had to leave the hotel immediately and had to search for another hotel. The surrounding of the hotel is also bad not a good place for a family. The hotel has deducted the whole amount from my credit card without my information, i have asked your staff to raise a formal complaint with the hotel management and refund my amount back. Its almost 2 days and no response from your team too The contact number of the hotel and the address is also not correct on your portal . this was also well informed to your support team, but no action was taken. Sir I was denied entry by hotel . They said they have stopped online booking longback and there are no arrangement with expedia. I am trying to contact you but your virtual support system is not able to understand my problem. I have made prepayment to you for hotel and hotel has refused me entry. Instead of refunding my entire amount ,you are asking my review on property . It is rediculous . This is my first and last experience with expedia
