Large room with everything I needed. Nice with a rooftop bar.

Calling this a 4-star hotel is highly misleading. In reality, it barely meets the standards of a 2 to 2.5 star property. I am truly disappointed that I booked Hotel Span International for my stay.

Great hotel located near MG. Metro at walking distance. Very clean and well maintained rooms and friendly staff. I stayed in this hotel many times and keep coming back.

レセプションの対応も良くチェックイン時刻前でしたが、すぐに部屋の用意をしてくれて助かりました。 部屋の居心地は必要なものがきちんとそろっていてとてもいいです。冷房も細かく設定できるので自分で適温に調整できます。 建物全体は一見きれいなのですが、部屋の中の細かいメンテナンスが出来ていないようで、スイッチの一部が壊れていたりします。そういうことを気にしない方なら気楽に滞在できていいと思います。 スタッフも真面目でフレンドリーだったし、全体的に快適に過ごせました

The room was full of mosquitoes and we couldn’t even sleep because of the mosquitoes. When we asked the front desk about it, they said since it’s mosquito season there’s nothing they can do about it, it’ll go away in a few weeks. It’s absolutely terrible the way they’ve maintained it.

Séjour très décevant. Les photos des chambres sont trompeuses, et le service ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles affichées, plutôt 3. Petit déjeuner copieux, avec service amateur. Le Wi-Fi est inutilisable, surtout au 4e étage, où il faut relancer l’accueil plusieurs fois par jour. Propreté des chambres à revoir : j’ai dû changer trois fois de chambre à cause de divers problèmes (frigo manquant, vue désagréable, etc.). À éviter, sauf si vous n’avez pas d’autres options.

Nestled near the bustling MG Road in Kochi, Hotel Span International certainly holds a charm that reflects its rich history. While it’s evident that the hotel has seen better days, there's undeniable potential lurking beneath its dated exterior. The true highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They are the linchpins holding the essence of hospitality that the hotel promises. A special mention must go to Sonu, who was remarkable in his efforts to ensure that every aspect of my stay was seamless. His attention to detail and proactive service went beyond typical expectations, making my experience notably pleasant. However, it's clear that there are aspects of the hotel that even the diligent front desk staff can't gloss over. From the need for interior updates to modernizing amenities, there are several areas where the hotel could invest to restore and perhaps even exceed its former glory. With a concerted effort to rejuvenate its facilities to match the high standards of service exemplified by employees like Sonu, Hotel Span International could easily transform into a top-tier destination in Kochi. In conclusion, if you're seeking a place where service is treated with utmost seriousness and staff goes the extra mile, then Hotel Span International still holds appeal. With some necessary updates, it could certainly reclaim its spot as a jewel of Kochi’s hospitality scene.

Staff is very helpful and well yet to resolve concerns quickly. They offer great advice on what to do in the area and how to get around. The bar attached to the hotel ground floor is dimy lit but appears clean, and service is decent. Wifi is sporadic throughout the property but staff offered me a mobile wifi device during my stay. The restaurant food, served both in the restaurant and bar was good. Staff in the restaurant need more training on setup, clearing used plates, advising guests on what other options are available. But staff was always kind though a bit less attentive.

It definitely doesn’t feel like a 4 Star hotel. The whole hotel smells like mold. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Definitely not worth the price.

Nice place for stay in town area.

The hotel is situated in a busy area close to the shops (a big mall 5 min walk away) bars and restaurants. We booked this hotel because the pictures looked great and it had good reviews, however, we would not say that this was a 4 star hotel. We stayed in other 4 star hotels around India and they were magnificent, this hotel wasn’t. The facilities were dated, it was a little messy, it just didn’t feel as a 4 star establishment. The staff members very friendly and accommodating. We would not stay there again.

Easy to access ,clean , friendly staff , good food

This hotel was well located (easy to get taxi/rickshaw service, close to shopping and metro system), had a 24 hour restaurant, roof top bar. Coming from Canada, we appreciated that some staff spoke English. Wifi was usually good, food was good with excellent Indian choices, less continental. They helped us print our boarding passes, estimate transport costs, gave directions, recommended places to go, which was all very helpful. They also helped us to connect with a tour operator which was excellent (Arun from Arrivago) who we dealt with for months prior to the trip. Recommend this hotel as a very nice place to stay at a very reasonable cost.

Friendly staff especially the girls serving at breakfast time. Would have liked to see more choices at breakfast (continental)

lacking entertainment in restaurant .2 days without hot water in daytime, because of breakdown, and telephone not receiving any in coming calls, reported to front desk twice.

It was okay to stay and we tried only 1 night and that was good. Room could be bit more cleaner especially some room wall arena

Everything is clean and in good condition. Not luxurious but cheap and cheerful.
