Hotel staff were great. Although the cleaning staff didn't replace used glasses and spoons the next day in the room. Location is ok near Juhu beach but aware, there is alot of traffic! The hotel itself is fine but a little run down, the rooms look a little tired/dated The main restaurant (Sesame) has great food all day and good variety at brealfast

My stay wasn't as expected pleasant 🙄 the room service is very poor although some of the staff really goes beyond and above to fulfill their guests need, i really want to mention few staff names here who really knows how to take care of their guests Amit from house keeping manager really pleased with him and his service, he exactly knows what's the guests needed, i really don't remember one the staff name woh belong from engineering department he's a gem of a person very polite and respectful, they really need to train the front desk people and lot more from every department how to greet the guests...i still remember the names of front desk people but i don't want to mention and bring them embarrassment. But i don't think so I'll beever going back to that hotel

L'hotel esg bien situé a 20mn de l'aeroport. La chambre est correcte , la salle de bain est extremement glissante. Le coin piscinne est agreable ,mais manque d'ombre. Le personnel est tres attentionnés. Le restaurant est absolument fantastique, tous les plats sont delicieux et le petit dejeuner est tellement bon, avec des Dosas, des croissants ...etc des fruits, du jeus de canne fait sur place. tout a ete parfait! Je recommande a 100 % cet hotel pour son restaurant .

Hotel und service ist sehr gut. Lage: Naja. Weit vom Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für Business gut, für Stadtreise eher unpassend.

Fantastic stay . Arranged hotel car to collect me from airport and drop me back after which was all arranged smoothly. Comfortable rooms with lovely big bathrooms . Pool and sun loungers were fab to have for a break from the city and the breakfast selection was divine ! I loved the chai tea station . All staff were super helpful and friendly !

Small rooms, very dirty location

I booked this hotel as there is a roof top pool bar etc as advertised. However, small pool no bar, no shaded areas to relax by the pool. Hugely dissapointed. Masala tea at bfast time, i request less milk no sugar and every day get the same milky tea, they just did not understand. I should have spoken to the chef. But i donot like to complain when it is to do with food. Staff were friendly. Room cleaning was good. But they take dressing gown and not replace...

Spacious room, great service. Modern and convenient.

A wonderful small 4 start hotel. Ideal for business trips. Good reasonable breakfast spread and good restaurant for dining. staff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is very good not too far from airport and central for shopping around Juhu with number of famous designers in the vicinity.

Housekeeping was amazing, very hardworking and hospitable staff cleaning and dining staff. Some of the front desk staff were not as helpful as others. The location of the hotel itself is in a poor quality area, Hyatt as a company should look to invest more into this location. The best part was the housekeeping and dining staff

Comfortable stay, decent rooms, location close to the beach, breakfast was the highlight for sure. Staff can be better trained in communicating with the guests as there was miscommunication at their end.
