Staff was really very good and friendly

The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff. Food was freshly prepared, tasty and presented in an attractive manner. (We were a party of four and of a certain vintage and tended to favor our food to be on the bland side).

We had a great stay at this property in Hinjewadi, Pune. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning, wide spread of options. The staff at the breakfast area did an amazing job. Faij was attentive and took care of the guests very well! Property needs to be updated a bit. Bathrooms need more careful cleaning and upkeep. The counters need to be wiped well and water marks removed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It would be perfect if a few of the above improvements were implemented.

Being a world class hotel, the facilities were excellent and we had no complaints. Also, very helpful, friendly and understanding people. Would like to specially commend Ms. Riddhi who was helpful througout out stay, and Mr. Subham who helped us with a critical last minute reservation... as well as other staff whom we came across during both our stays. Breakfast was included with our stay and had an wide range of choices. The buffet dinner in the open style restaurant was also very good but a bit pricey, which made things a bit difficult as there aren't too many reliable eating out options in that part of the city. Overall, will be staying there again if we come to Hinjewadi, Pune.

Staff is very friendly and supportive. The location is within 30 minutes Uber drive ($4-6) from most tech firms.

Well appointed compact rooms, Clean & well maintained toilets. Good housekeeping services. The breakfast spread was good but could have been better. The restaurant service is excellent.

Mine was family booking - spacious room but not so comfortable bed! Overall services were average. Expected Hyatt standard but wasn't

The amenities were good. Staff were great. The only issue was with the cleanliness of the room. The sofa had black stains all over, the carprt in the room looked dirty and torn at places. In the bathroom, the tile had a permanent yellow stain all over.

It was a wonderful stay with a great View from the Room.The staff were professional enough to maintain the required steps of safety during this COVID Pandemic.

Attended a medical workshop in Pune central. The hotel really has fantastic rooms and the small lounge area really makes a difference. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you for that. The two issues I have with this hotel is its breakfast and gym. Breakfast really needs to be improved a lot. The juices available, although fitting in with local traditions, were really not nice. Cucumber juice for breakfast? And melon while nice on their own, does not make a great breakfast juice. Good ol' orange juice will do the trick. I saw so many oranges from India in the markets around Pune, why not get a machine for freshly squeezing juice then and there? And the bacon.....was sad! Even the chicken sausages were sad. The local cuisine for breakfast (Idli, Dosa, Paneer etc) was great, but unfortunately your hotel does cater to visitors who would enjoy western breakfast as well. Please make an effort to get some nice protein-things for breakfast. Eggs were great, but there is a gap. In the breakfast. Lastly, the gym needs more cardio equipment, such as a rower and proper cycling/spinning machine. The treadmills are fine but while giving guests a bit more options will be great. The weights section however was good. All 'n all a great place, just needs some touches here and there

Value for money hotel on the outskirts of Pune. Rooms are large and staff is super friendly. Morning buffet breakfast is elaborate.
