We had an exceptional stay at the Hyatt Regency, thanks entirely to the amazing staff who went above and beyond at every turn. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, genuine, and attentive. The team’s professionalism and care truly made us feel at home. Special thanks to Vanshika, Tanvi, Yamini, Deepak, Tulsi, Krunal, Binay, and Abhishek — each of them made our stay extra special with their kindness and dedication. We've stayed at many hotels around the world, but the level of personal service we received here truly sets Hyatt Regency apart. Highly recommend, and we can't wait to return!

I have made of this as my house in Ahmedabad, having all my activities during my business and personal activities easy and trustable

Great place, very reasonably priced

Clean and friendly staff. Room was very neat.

Overall the service and the hotel is good can't really fault anything but the check in process was abit so what disappointing. As I knew my was landing at 5am I email them for an early check in 5 days in advance, no response until Iast day. The response in the email was no problem sir come to hotel we will accommodate your request, no mention of early charges at all. However at the time of the check in they wanted a whole days charge for an early check in after quite lengthy dispute we negotiate half way. There was no consideration of the fact we have travelled all the way from the UK.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with the AC in our room and due to the heat it was uncomfortable and so they were able to help us by shifting us to another room where the AC was working where it was more comfortable.

Very clean hotel. Beds comfortable. Views from the windows are amazing. The washroom facilities were very good. Lots of storage space. The staff was very polite and helpful. Dining: Excellent menu covering a very wide variety of world menus. Very good vegetarian options. The reception staff was very courteous and helpful.

Easy, clean rooms and bathrooms, very good breakfast

We booked a family with 2 children, they had prepared the room woth two single beds. The quality of the beds and mattress was lower than poor. It was less than 10cm thick and so hard, no one can sleep on it. The bed frame was awful, felt like something from a unfunded hospital ward. We complained to the manager who was incredibly rude and said of we want luxury then we should pay for that. I was shocked that a customer serive manager would talk to anyone like that. We eventuly got them replaced with some decent beds and mattresses which were ok to sleep on. They should through the old rusty bed and mattress away, cant believe they offered this. A key experience of hotel is a good night sleep which bed quality is a significant part of. The location isnt too bad, we took uber rickshaw as the rickshaws outside the hotel are rip offs, they will charge 300 rupees when uber rickshaw will charge 70 rupees. We topped them up with cash tip eg 170 rupees. Its not about the money, its the moral. Breakfast was ok, nothing super great other than the usual Indian dishes. Would be nice to have more international range eg hash browns, baked beans, roasted tomatoes etc... also didnt see any options for vegans or even eggless deserts, was disappointed. Overall the hotel is ok but due to the service i would not rate it 4 star. 1st impressions leave a mark and the staff massively failed on this occasion. Wouldnt recommend or stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful … the room allocated to us needs refurbishing… the food was excellent especially the breakfast and “High Tea”.

We asked for non-smoking room and we were sent to a floor that was completely stinking with smoke. The room was no different and was smoky. Staff pretended as if they didn't know it was a room for smokers. ANother room wasnt given for 30 mins and staff said they will give me the keys in 10 mins. They never came to me and I had to go ask them for the keys. Terrible experience.

Loved the breakfast spread. Had a very comfortable stay. They were accommodating when I asked for a late check out.

Stayed here numerous times. I find this time the attention to detail was not there. The staff didn’t seem as friendly. A lot don’t acknowledge you and reception staff think they know everything. The rooms are in need of a refurb nothing has changed for a while and breakfast is way too busy even first thing in the morning at 7am. Always stay here. But this time has to be a negative review from me.
