The property is beautifully built and maintained. Food is delicious, highly secured and clean rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to all other travelers

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained, which completely ruined the overall experience. The condition of the room was unacceptable — the flooring was broken and uneven, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to even walk around. There was a constant bad smell in the room, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in a long time. To make matters worse, the AC was not working properly, which is simply unacceptable, especially when staying in a hotel where basic comfort is expected. Despite paying for the stay, there was no sense of value or comfort at all. Overall, the hotel lacks basic maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

This hotel has become very old. Even if you ignore the smell from the lake, this hotel is falling apart. While in shower, I was drenched in muddy water. Literally. The staff was apologitic but it was enough for me to say enough with this hotel. Its not cheap for this kind of expereince.

The best in the staff is the house keeping manager Mr Ajay. He responded to all request in time and was very humble to attend. Rooms are extremely clean with a nice view. The only disappointment is the breakfast. Despite serving such wide spreads, most of the dishes on repeat refilling are not warm. Especially the Indian dishes including curries. Please improve on this. Guest taking breakfast around 9 am should be careful about it.

Well kept rooms, but door lock was not fully engaging at first. Very professional staff.

The hotel is situated very close to Husein Sagar (a lake with stale water). As soon as you step out, you can not avoid breathing in bad smell and polluted air. The breakfast was no good and very expensive. Not much choice or quality. Very little western choices.

Very friendly staff go out of the way to help us and make us comfortable. I would like to stay every time I visit Hyderabad.

Room was large and immaculate. Food was incredible. Staff was attentive and helpful.

The pricing felt quite high for two guests, with the buffet costing ₹5,700. The bathtub size is suitable for only one person. Additionally, the first impression upon entering the hotel was negatively affected by an unpleasant odor at the entrance.

Everything,the people are excellent. Very attentive and courteous treated like royalty. The people in the restaurant were excellent. Iba,Wanda and Rishav were very accommodating. Being from the United States some people there could take lessons from the people here.

The clean room, courteous staff, delicious food, and helpful nature of all employees make this place a great place to work.

Room good . Breakfast not bad . Serving staff hove problems. Check out time they’re taking to much time . Little bit disappointed.
