ibis Jaipur City Centre

The location is good. The staff are nice and friendly. The only thing that should improve is cleanliness. i saw some stains on the bed sheet. The room is smell not good. Not clean toilet. The cleanliness is below Ibis standard.

resonable price, the bed is very comfy. the room are clean. good service. we reserved car service from hotel by email. they didn't tell us about extra cost about tax at airport. so you should tell them about total cost.

It feels like a property next to the airport given how temporary everything seems inside the rooms. I had a family room and there was not even a table and a single chair. Worn out bedsheets and towels and bathroom felt like a economy class flight lavatory.

Disgusting hotel. Overpriced. Rooms were like a matchbox and washrooms were disastrous to say the least. Pillow covers had Fingal affect. Breakfast was below average. Half way through all the major items were finished and no effort was made to refill those. Tea served in the Breakfast was at least 2 hours stale, and waiters were busy in their own little world. I had a paid lunch where the waiter forgot to transfer the order details to the kitchen. Hence had to eat half stomach on twice the rate. If you can pay Similar amount, try staying in a different hotel. This hotel has just ibis name, totally awful experience.

Overall bad experience

My room was super cold. I asked them to look into why the room is not heating and they sent an engineer who was kind of rude and told me "Hotel doesn't have heating capability". I went to the front desk and asked for a heater and was told by the rude front desk person that "All heaters are occupied". I got cold and fever and only after going to front desk 3 times I was given a heater a day later. By that time I was already so sick I couldn't enjoy my vacation. Thankfully the third time went the front desk person was respectful and understanding of my situation but I was already too sick by then. Won't book again. Not recommended.

Staff is very helping and cooperative

It was not a great experience staying at IBIS Jaipur. The room had bad ceiling toilets were really cramped. The furniture was dated, a/c control and TV was not working consistently. The room service was pathetic and Ibis, Jaipur should improve its service levels couple of notches high. For the price that I paid (with 2 rooms booked) it felt like I was cheated on price, facilities and service standards. The hotel staff were not at all cooperative because I booked via Hotels.com Not sure whether Ibis cared much for business provided your platform. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody...
