A equipe foi muito simpática, consegui um late check-out, já que meu voo foi atrasado. Meu quarto foi ótimo, ar condicionado e ventilador, chuveiro de água quente forte e cama bem confortável. Achei o café da manhã um pouco fraco para um hotel desse porte.

Part of the complex was derelict and what was open was poorly managed. Rooms dirty and only serviced on request. Aircon not working. Breakfast only opening late after the advertised time. Pleasant staff with one exception at reception who was aggressive and rude. Following my mistake in booking the dates he insisted on charging me for five nights instead of the four I actually needed, refusing to adjust my booking to the four nights I actually needed. Tucked away down a side road far from the beach which required a dangerous walk along an over-used road with no pavements in the face of crazy traffic. Decent bathroom and nice pool but falling short in many ways.

We rented two family rooms. The property was electrically unsafe, live wires on the top bunk were just taped up. Also, there was no safety rail to prevent someone from falling during sleeping, the side was open. So my child did not sleep there! 4 people to a family room and one loo roll was given each time I wanted some, until I said there are 4 people in the room. Dined in the hotel restaurant first day and we only ordered a small amount but the food came over the course of an hour, not starters then main but a complete mix. When the bill came they added over 700Rs for tip charges and over 700Rs for tax. Way too much for what they should have done. The pool was dirty, it had dead flies in it as well as plant debris. The fridge was not working so they sent a repair man and worked after but not for long. I believe there were bed bugs in the bunk beds as my children got bites on therir legs whilst in the bunks. The only person that was genuinely pleasant was the tall security man who got a tip before we left. There was a constant sewer smell in the evening near the reception.

The staff, from the reception, room attendant and dining room, was very friendly and accommodating

Newly refurbished hotel with a great pool. Friendly and accommodating front of house staff. I recommend this hotel.
