Room smelled like mold. Shower glass is only half closed so water leaks into the bathroom. Need to improve cleanliness.

I will never stay there again

I had a great stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. The only downside was the bed—it was quite stiff, and unfortunately, it gave me some back issues that lasted a couple of weeks. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Just a note: there are limited restaurants nearby, so plan accordingly. Still, I’d recommend the stay for the service and cleanliness.

I had an extended stay of nearly two weeks at Le Foliage By TGI, during which I interacted with multiple staff members. While the overall service was a mixed bag, there were a few standout individuals who made a notable difference. Anita, along with another young lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, were exceptional in their consistency, promptness, and willingness to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly appreciated. That said, I did feel that some policies—particularly regarding cancellations—could have been more flexible, especially in cases with genuine reasons. A bit more adaptability in such matters would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. Despite this, my stay was comfortable, and the property itself was well-maintained. With some improvements in service consistency and policy flexibility, this could be an even better experience for future guests.

We booked twin bed, they said I have to pay extra for second person. One of the staff asked me to pay if the other person checkin’s.

Nice and clean location. Nice decor in the reception as well as in the room. Issues: 1. Carpet leading from elevator to rooms needs to be shampooed. 2. Reception area is common to guests staying at the hotel as well as to visitors heading to the bar/hotel at the top of the building - causing crowds during certain times. 3. Bathroom countertop is tight - can't keep many items. The glass partition should include sliding door so shower area alone is wet. 4. Had problems at the time of check-in. Staff could not find our booking in their system. We had to wait for at least 30 minutes until the issue was resolved.

Metro noise, Road repairs in the night, Dirt and noise from the building site next door. All these things age not the hotels fault. People should be aware of the Metro. The other thing are short term.

Check in staff was untrained. Did not provide invoice despite payment in advance at check in time. Also could not answer simple question about how to switch off lights in the room. Checkout at 5.45 AM was worse, no one at the counter, finally woke up sleeping security guard, he called someone down. That guy said he could not generate the invoice and he would send it later. Till date not received the invoice for the stay
