Terrific property. Spacious and cozy. The breakfast was sumptuous and had an amazing time staying at Novotel Lucknow.

Not so good

Nice clean room, luxury hotel. However, wall outlet fixtures seem to be a bit loose for phone charging and other appliances plugging. Also a small round patch on carpet was bit wet when we checked in the room.

Great trip and all the staff at reception and in the lobby did their best to help

The stay was ok and till the time we were checking out. At the time of check out the front office person told us that the Duvet cover has some oil stains and as per company policy the Duvet needs to be discarded and we will have to pay for the new Duvet cover. This is the first time such a stupid comment and allegation has come across to me. I was literally embarassed by this behaviour of the staff. We did not had any food in the room or on the bed , however he had the audacity to show is pics of the oil marks on his computer screen. Of course we did not pay , however my entire experience was spoilt by this person, who is incapable of handling guest issues . Wrong person at the wrong place.

There are lot of improvement that can come , quality of towels very poor, more training session need to be imparted to the housekeeping to keep an eye as to what is needed , they should definitely look into the mosquitos in the lobby. Front Desk Staff is good and eager to help you. Breakfast spread was good and staff very humble.

Excellent hôtel. Confort, propreté, personnel qualifié. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bon hôtel pour décompresser pendant un séjour en Inde. Bravo.

More corporate than family. Staffs are less cordial and a bit of more un-professional. Mostly trainee. Night manager Faraz however was helpful.

The rooms were clean and tidy but the lighting felt too dark. Made the room feel cold. Decor is old. Sofa bed is awful not suitable to sleep on at all and definitely not big enough for 2 people. They wouldn’t give us 2 key cards which made it tricky when you have 4 people in a room sharing one keycard. Friendly staff and but concierge never brought up our luggage so we went and collected it ourselves.

We were given late check-in and the room was also just standard.

Nice place, comfy beds but sounded like construction going on nearby. My ac made a huge amount of noise. I had a facial at the spa, which I enjoyed but they were over 40 minutes late for the appointment. The staff is very nice and helpful, the outside street isn't too bad, lots of hawkers, dukduks, scooters and motorcycles that follow no road rules whatsoever. Be careful crossing the street. The roof bar and pool are lovely, the fitness center decent but go early as it heats up in the afternoon.

Though said to be a 5 star hotel but doesn’t look like. It is at the most 4 star or upgraded 3 star
