Great Stay. Very nice facility. Staff were awesome. Awesome vegetarian food. The non-veg food was spicier and pepper hot than expected.

1) Gave the smaller room than what I booked, stating the reason the room is not clean, and not ready. Then they charged full price for the small room. 2) Charged for the service which I never used. 3) Staff members asking for money wherever is possible even for small talk. 4) No option to return money for the service which we never used. 5) sweet talk till you pay money, after that staff response becomes bossy. 6) No proper communication or details what services include in the service and what not. 7) gives only one key. Even after asking for extra. Don't worry Sir we will open ur room if you loose the key. Don't worry Sir you call us if someone with key stuck inside the room. Don't lock the door if someone is sleeping and if you want to step out for a bit. 8) some staff are very rude. 9) finally 1 star service for 4star money.

The place was very clean and modern. Staffs were very good and helpful. The breakfast had good options. Well worth for the money. I will definitely recoment this hotel to others.

Pai Viceroy is ideally located for an entry point to Tirumala. The place is well rum and the staff is professional and attentive to detail. I only wish they had nose barrier windows on the street side.

Very conveniently located, close to the access to Tirumalai hills.

Good clean hotel near to Tirumala temple as well as temples in Tirupati. Staff were polite and helpful. Only improvement required is to have wifi sorted out. Had to connect with reception quite a few times to get the wifi userid and password.

We stayed for 2 nights here while visiting tirupati. Fantastic service, small room but. Dry self contained clean with a small mini refrigerator as well. This place is close to the temple (take a regular bus for Rs 55 to to the Tirumala) and walk to Kapila theertham. I was able to walk to Airigiri point of climbing though it’s anout 1.5 Kms with very clean and good sidewalk (footpath) all along to Aligiri foot steps. The conceirge and reservations fromt desk staff are super efficient and pleasant. The breakfast at plaintain leaf restaurant is FANTASTIC. In my room rate this was complimentary. Best place by far.

The staff was extremely polite, cordial and helpful. The Suite Room was beautiful. The best is the location of the hotel!

Good location with mountain view in certain rooms. Bathrooms are good. Food in restaurant and through room service is excellent.
