Rupam Hotel

Staff was great. Place is conveniently close to a lot of local foods and shopping places. For the price, its a good place to stay.

An average stay. Good location near metro. Good WiFi. Good service and effort, But the hotel is old and needs an update. If you are looking for an average place to stay for your low budget option, it can be considered.

We only stayed for a night because our flight went the next day, good location, very friendly and helpful people

Booked this hotel thinking it was close to attractions and it had a high rating but I was disappointed. First night our room was missing a window so the noise was super high. Even after we changed you can hear the street clearly even late night, this is Delhi so everyone is bumping their horns like crazy. Mainly Indian families stay here and they are VERY noisy even at the late evening/night, disrespect to other guests as I could literally hear everything several rooms away. The towels were old but the room was ok, 3 stars hotel standard. Breakfast is only Indian dishes and only veg. Not a big selection. The only good thing is the support and friendly staff. But even they disappointed me, my third day we booked a room for our driver as he had far to his hotel, and we were waking up early to leave for Jaipur, the hotel didn't inform us that he didnt have breakfast included. Instead he had to go out and eat alone and we didnt know about it.

Sehr freundliches Team, immer bemüht, immer vor Ort. Flughafen Transport ohne Probleme (gegen Aufpreis von ca. 10€) Guter Anschluss ans U-Bahn Netz weil nur 5 min zur U-Bahn Station Karol Bagh. Essen am Roof Restaurant war sehr gut und gut verträglich. Ruhige Gegend sodass man auch gut schlafen kann. WiFi hat gut funktioniert im Zimmer. Jedoch nicht die beste Gegend in Delhi, aber um diesen Preis werde ich hier keine Missstände aufzählen. Wer mehr Qualität will muss auch gewillt sein mehr dafür zu bezahlen.

Great location; warm and welcoming receptionists; helpful staff and some delicious food is what made my stay at Hotel Rupam an overwhelming experience. Next time around I shall surely be here with my family. Truly recommended.

Hotel Rupam turned out to be a good budget hotel. The hotel guaranteed safety with clean & tidy bathrooms filled with toiletries. Breakfast was great. Our room was quite & we found the staff to be hospitable and co-operative. This hotel is few minutes away from the nearest Metro station, easy access to the city center & other sights. The arranged pick up from the airport was a great idea, we were picked up accordingly. The in-house travel desk was helpful too with arranging city tours & other trips outside Delhi. A very good experience in India when helpful people around!!

It is an ok type hotel centrally located and food is of good quality rooms are good with good service

Situated in a very busy hard to find location . Found it overpriced. Cleanliness was ok but felt that the covers of comforters were not being changed after guests leave because they looked used and not washed.Hotel looked cramped and also guests across our room were smoking in the room.

I read good reviews about the hotel but still I was a bit skeptical when I booked it. But, I am glad I did. The hotel is really comfortable. The good points are: 1. The location is very good. Its walking distance to the metro station, yet not noisy. 2.Rooms have adequate space. The deluxe room I took had good furniture and fulfilled all requirements. Best thing- Wifi speed was awesome! 3. Hotel staff is very polite and extremely competent. All credit goes to the hotel owner, who makes sure that you are well served throughout your stay and will go out of the way to make your experience amazing. He takes personal interest in the well-put of all the guests. 4.Food is amazing. I tried their buffet breakfast, Indian lunch as well as Chinese in dinner once and the taste and quality of food was impeccable every time. 5. Service is very good. Check in and check out were totally hassle free. All in all, I found it one of the best hotels in the area in this price range. Needless to say it is going to my choice in future as well.
