Rooms were clean and food was excellent. Staff was nice and attentive. Issue I had was the balcony was dirty and had bird and rat droppings. If the balcony matched the cleanliness of the room, this rating would be a 4.

Lady behind the reception could not be less helpful. May be new and could not manage the stress. When asked for help with luggage, she suggested it would take 30 minutes, when bell boy was waiting and free. Washroom shower drain was completely backed up. Staff ant night was helpful.

I stayed in hotel for 15hrs .Reception guys did not give Wifi details when i check in . And reception phone 9 did not get for long time so i end up coming down and asking them details. They gave it. Informed them hand soap in the bathroom is out , asked them to refil they never did. Lunch buffet was 600Rs with very few verities. Food was not that good. But Roti was good. It is 15 min drive from airport which was very convinient for getting rest for few hours before my connecting flight

Conveniently location close to the airport. A comfortable, clean and spacious room with a king size bed. Wifi was spotty in the corner room but when connected was fast. Would recommend for short stays. Liked the floor to ceiling windows. Bathroom was nice and modern.

I reached Shivas Galaxy hotel. Told no room was available and shifted to a different hotel. Very basic room! Air conditioner was not working properly. And no locker in the room ! Overall a poor service. Would not recommend this hotel

The staff seemed very busy and was somewhat not very respectful with their conversations. Cable TV in the room was not working. The message said the payment has not been made and call to restart the cable TV. We called the reception and they were able to start some channels within 5 mins. Then we had to call and ask for WiFi info and wait for 10 mins. We also asked for airport shuttle and the receptionist said they are all booked without further helping us to get something booked. We were new to Bangalore, so felt somewhat helpless there. Only minor inconveniences (though a little stressful) but the customer service was definitely lacking. Also the hotel was not “showtime” ready when the room was given to us. I am not discouraging anyone else to book rooms in Shivas, but I will never go there again.

Nice room. Great selection at breakfast. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Staff are friendly. However one big let down was the total lack of Wi-Fi. Given I was traveling from the US and did not have a local mobile plan I was relying on Wi-Fi and this messed up some of my planning for the trip. They could not address the problem even after letting them know. Would have been a 10/10 if wi-fi was available.

I stayed in hotel for 15hrs .Reception guys did not give Wifi details when i check in . And reception phone 9 did not get for long time so i end up coming down and asking them details. They gave it. Informed them hand soap in the bathroom is out , asked them to refil they never did. Lunch buffet was 600Rs with very few verities. Food was not that good. But Roti was good. It is 15 min drive from airport which was very convinient for getting rest for few hours before my connecting flight

They overpriced food bill , later corrected did not apologise. Took time to give the room initially inspite of paying early check in room rent

Conveniently location close to the airport. A comfortable, clean and spacious room with a king size bed. Wifi was spotty in the corner room but when connected was fast. Would recommend for short stays. Liked the floor to ceiling windows. Bathroom was nice and modern.

I reached Shivas Galaxy hotel. Told no room was available and shifted to a different hotel. Very basic room! Air conditioner was not working properly. And no locker in the room ! Overall a poor service. Would not recommend this hotel

The staff seemed very busy and was somewhat not very respectful with their conversations. Cable TV in the room was not working. The message said the payment has not been made and call to restart the cable TV. We called the reception and they were able to start some channels within 5 mins. Then we had to call and ask for WiFi info and wait for 10 mins. We also asked for airport shuttle and the receptionist said they are all booked without further helping us to get something booked. We were new to Bangalore, so felt somewhat helpless there. Only minor inconveniences (though a little stressful) but the customer service was definitely lacking. Also the hotel was not “showtime” ready when the room was given to us. I am not discouraging anyone else to book rooms in Shivas, but I will never go there again.

Nice room. Great selection at breakfast. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Staff are friendly. However one big let down was the total lack of Wi-Fi. Given I was traveling from the US and did not have a local mobile plan I was relying on Wi-Fi and this messed up some of my planning for the trip. They could not address the problem even after letting them know. Would have been a 10/10 if wi-fi was available.
