The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Good breakfast ,good WiFi

Property location is quite convenient as it is near the Delhi airport.Overall they score well in staff hospitality ,room decor and restaurant.the staff is extremely friendly,polite and treated me very well.The rooms are just wow,great interior and spacious.the food was very nice specially the breakfast was well spread.thanks to sky city to make my stay memorable...

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service.The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was incredibly cooperative, friendly, and attentive to my needs, ensuring that I felt welcome and taken care of throughout my time there. So, first of all, the pictures did not tell the tell of the hotel. They made everything look bigger and more pristine then it really was. I was greeted pretty nicely, the people and the staff were really nice overall during my stay. But, nice does not mean they were great. There were lots of inconsistencies throughout my one week stay. My fiancé used to be a supervisor in one of the nicest hotels. Across the board from the obvious and even the not so obvious things were off. 1. Cleanliness - Glass was full of spots, the paint was chipping everywhere, the sheets when replaced wasn't even cleaned well. The halls when clean and sanitized smelled awful of chemicals, not safe for people at all. I.E. -- Go to a Hilton or a Crowne Plaza- you will not get these smells. 2. Delivery of services -- Seemed like they were understaffed or disorganized. When things were requested such as water or food, or even towels- it took a very long time to get to us. 3. Food -- The buffet was serviceable, but underwhelming. Dishes were overly spicy and even too much masala (and I am Indian). The juices were not fresh. Overall-- okay at best. I would say, there is lots of potential if everyone got trained by hotel professionals. Also, I feel everyone music improve the skills of speaking English better. This is a professional industry-- your staff needs better training. And better training in EVERYTHING. Again, everyone was super nice and courtesy-- I enjoyed that part.

The hotel was nice and great place. The room are very comfortable and a really nice size. I would stay hera again because it is a great hotel- and wifi also very good..

It was an amazing stay at skycity and I will surely visit this properly again and suggest everyone to visit once as rooms are near and clean with lavish buffet in morning with varieties taste and very helpful staff.wifi working smoothly and enjoy city night club with spa and newly opened saloon.Thanks skycity to make my stay wonderful

Great location,most friendly and helpful and staff ever,lovely and great first impression of hotel .Everything about the hotel was exceptional.Food was great and great value for money and service was attentive nad efficient.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.I was very pleased with my stay.I hope to be back for a longer visit in future.

The rooms are good , sound sleep, food quality is very delicious. Buffet breakfast and Dinner very lavish. wi fi speed very good staff very polite and professional

AC was not working. You need to call to reception for basic amenities like towel and water and electric switches etc and they will respond in couple of hours

A total disappointment this time after staying there on 5 previous occasions.

Welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good service. Comfortable room and bed. Enjoyable meals. Live singer in dining hall went off key sometimes, and needs to practice some more.

Hotel is very dated and needs a refurb to bring it in line with others around there. Bathroom we had a suite the water took 30 min to drain after use im bath and sink not pleasent. Overall it was a 1 night stay so grinned and beared it .
