Bad hotel. Rooms were unclean. Shower was broken linen was dirty. And it was expensive.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Clean comfortable and reasonable with a good breakfast. Popular restaurants around with UB city at walking distance. I will go back.

This is a modern hotel, located downtown about two blocks from the popular MG Road and right next door to the Bangalore Rotary Club building. We enjoyed the older waiter in the dining room as he was very attentive to our needs. The breakfasts were buffet style with lots of choices, both Indian and non-Indian. We had to request hand towels four (4) different times from 4 different staff members starting in the morning and throughout the day. Senior Front Desk staff after repeated assurances that the towels would be delivered, still no towels ever appeared. So, when there was a delay in returning our laundry, we insisted that it be delivered wet to the Front Desk so we could make the point that we could not trust their assurances that it would be ready by the next morning, the morning of our departure. The staff at breakfast was much better and the food choice was excellent. At the sister hotel in Mysore, 20 minutes after we checked in a young man appeared at our room asking if there was anything we needed that was not in the room - that's good service from a well trained staff!!

Located very centrally, I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Church street, UB City, Cubbon Park etc are all just walking distance from the hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious, neat, very comfortable (it even had a massage chair !!) The breakfast spread is very nice and delicious. They have decent eating options within the hotel plus lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

It is a reasonably good hotel for 1-2 days stay. It is centrally located near to MG road and other attractions. Breakfast is excellent which is included in the room rent.
