Summer Sands Beach Resort

It was ok'ish property. Only good thing was pool was right outside my room.

The reception was rude at the start. As per our booking it was chk in at 12.00pm and check out at 12.00pm. They insisted check out was at 9.00am even after we showed them our confirmation and requested them to take up the issue with Hotels.com. The room was wet and towels stinking which they replaced later. Bed didnt seem freshly made. Corrider to the room was ghastly and littered. Kettle was malfunctioning. Dining room was crowded and they discouraged any a la carte orders as it would take long. Buffet was less than average. Breakfast was just OK. Checkout was smooth and courteous. Glad to see customers leave. Not a great experience.

Please stay away from this hotel, it is actively committing fraud. The pictures on the website are all composites of their "premiere" property. The actual rooms are much different. I have alerted Hotels.com about this, but they have not changed anything yet. This is listed as a five star property, but is barely three stars. Many of the amenities listed are non-existent. *Private Beach - Rocky strip of land littered with garbage where swimming is not possible, and hanging out is far from desirable. *WiFi - None *Gym - None *Restaurant - Got food poisoning, doesn't serve alcohol. *Private Pool - Scum tub *Infrastructure - Exposed wiring, leaking showers, obnoxious water pump. *Staff - Unhelpful and Unprofessional. One of the people at the front desk actively lied about the jetty timings so we would keep our reservation. *Location - Unless you get a scooter, there is nothing to do here. Please do not give these folks your business. Their parent company Singh Hotels is actively lying to its potential customers.

Stay away from this hotel, it is actively committing fraud. The pictures on the website do not align with the actual hotel offering, and many of the basic amenities listed are not present at the hotel: *Private Beach - You cannot swim at the rocky, littered beach, also given the amount of garbage present it is not particularly pleasant be around. *WiFi - Non-existent *Restaurant - Got food poisoning, doesn't serve alcohol. *Private Pool - Algae filled scum tub *Infrastructure - Exposed wiring, leaky showers, and rattling water pump. *Staff - Untrained and unhelpful *Gym - None *Location - Isolated and far from any type of swimming beach. There is nothing to do in the area except hang out at this strange hotel. This hotel was one of the worst I have ever booked for the price point on Hotels.com. It is listed as 5 star, but clearly is not. I have complained to Hotels.com about this, but so far they have refused to change the listing. There are no redeeming qualities to this hotel. Please don't go here. Note that all of the pictures on the Hotels.com site are composites of their "Mansion" offering and not the actual rooms.

Hotelli oli melko nuhjuinen verrattuna hintatasoon. Aulan henkilökunta oli todella epäystävällistä, eikä yhtään palvelualtista. Huone oli tullessamme todella ummehtunut ja huonosti siivottu. Aamiainen oli melko huono, siellä myös ongelmaa palvelun saamisen ja tilausten kanssa. Muuten puitteet olivat ihan hyvät. Hotelli oli ehkä hieman ränsistynyt ja hotellin kuvaus antoi vaikutelman jostain aivan muusta. Wifi toimi ainoastaan hotellin aulassa, ja sielläkin hyvin vaihtelevasti.
