Great location. Spacious rooms and nice restaurant and in room dining

My experience at the Emerald Hotel in Mumbai was extremely disappointing. The condition of the room and bathroom was unacceptable. The bed sheets were ripped and visibly stained, and the room felt unclean overall. The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay very uncomfortable. We had booked two rooms. One room was used for a single night and we checked out the following day. The second room was never used at all due to the poor condition, yet this made no difference to how the situation was handled. What made the experience worse was the attitude of both the staff and management. The staff were largely indifferent and never offered an apology. The manager was particularly unhelpful and showed no willingness to address or resolve the issues raised. Overall, this hotel falls far below acceptable standards for cleanliness, service, and customer care. I would not recommend staying here.

Convenient and good value

Was upgraded to a 1 bhk apartment. Staff very courteous, rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast.

Clean room, very helpfull staff very good breakfast

The breakfast was pretty much the same every day. It really needs to have a bit more of a variation. Also we have stayed at this property over the last four years and are very familiar with the property. It does need a bit of a refresh. However, the main area we found lacking was the fact that we had left my wife straighteners in the room. We vacated the room on our last day by the time requested and stored our luggage for a departure later that evening. Even then Hotel management team didn’t inform us that we had left our straighteners and handed them back to us. It was only when we realised ourselves and contacted the hotel. We got confirmation that they had them. Had they informed us when we went back to collect our baggage before departing for the airport we would’ve been able to pick them up. Instead we had to get someone to go especially and collect them, which has now meant we won’t see them until that person is coming to England. This fact was very disappointing considering we have given them business every year for the last four years.

Everything was perfect…I arrived later than anticipated but staff were great. Great breakfast with lots of choices.

We had a lovely time here. The staff have been so friendly and so responsive to our needs, the food has been great and the levels of cleanliness were excellent. I would highly recommend for long or short term stays.

The hotel is clean and well run. Good internet connection. It's in good location ,cant go wrong with this hotel. The staff are very obliging.

Good rooms with options for studio, 1 or 2 bedrooms. Reasonably priced. Ideal location and 1 minute walk to Juhu beach.
