I upgraded to suites but the service lacked and the rooms upkeep was not up to mark. Across the board it fell short of the price being charged

Set in nature, large rooms, very helpful Staff

When we arrived the duvet and bedding was in terrible condition, very dirty and wrinkled. Had to speak with the manager to get them replaced, they don’t have iron so wrinkled bedding were there they told. After this dreadful interaction we had to have it was a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel, supporting staff, nice food, staff from dining hall are very friendly.

I would like to divide my review in multiple areas: The Property Itself: There is no doubt that this is the best resort property in Dapoli in a radius of about 15 Kms. However, the property being 10 years old is showing signs of ageing and needs more upkeep. Due to COVID guidelines, the swimming pool was not available, so we missed-out on that attraction. Room: We had booked the Magnolia Cottage for 3 nights. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary amenities including a dedicated internet router in the room. There were frequent power-cuts during our stay, thankfully the resort had power-backup so we did not feel the pinch. The only thing on the flip side was that the room size in-actual felt smaller than is depicted in the photos on the website. But that is an individual perception, so I would not crib a lot about it. Staff & Service: The staff across all departments, was brilliant in their attitude and was prompt with whatever practical requests that we made. The staff had arranged a cultural program on Saturday night, where artists (mostly children) from local villages performed and gave a glimpse of their form of art. It was nicely conducted and we enjoyed all the performances. Breakfast: The spread of the breakfast menu was fabulous and included local & Indian delicacies along with continental dishes. We stayed for 3 days and were very happy with the variety offered in those 3 days. Summing up, we recommend this resort to all.

Overall it was good, just the new party arranged by them was the biggest failure of the century. It was our first party after lockdown and destroying our new year like this is a crime.

eco friendly resort. very calm and relaxing with great views

This property is like a hidden gem undoubtedly!! Have visited there with my 2 grown up kids and upgraded the room considering need for more space. Both the lower and upper deck rooms were awesome and the view was amazing. Have taken upper deck (first floor) Saffron category and the experience was outstanding like a 5 star. Everything was perfect whether service, cleaniness, amenities, quality or food. Trust me this place is worth visiting more than once.

It was an amazing experience staying at this place. I was here for a couple of nights. Right from reception, restaurant, spa, room service, the service is truly amazing. It's a huge property that offers variety of activities. When they came to know it was our anniversary, they offered us amazing room decoration followed by cake. I hope they continue to maintain the same standard as I couldn't find anything to improve on.

It took 3 days to have a proper network connection, phone or Wi-Fi

Hotel is perched on one of the highest point in Dapoli.It is about 4.5 kms out of town proper. excellent property well designed , tastefully done place. lots of open place see the stars in unpolluted sky , hear the silence with only crickets around. Really a great place to relax .
