Poor amenities, old property, renovation happening and no proper safety measures ensured.

The room is spacious and have good balconay with sea views. the approach to the hotel is not easy. need to park vehcle ore thna 3400ms away. the staff are not responsive in times. the quality of beds are not sooo great

We had a great two weeks in the hotel with the staff being very flexible in accommodating us. The hotel is metres away from the beach, we had a sea view room with air conditioning which was very pleasant. However, the photos of the hotel on Expedia we saw are at least 20 years old and the hotel is no way a 4* hotel by western standards. There is no restaurant as part of the hotel any more, although there is a breakfast room which seems to get food from a neighbouring hotel. We were given western breakfast options (cereals, toast, eggs etc) each day, along with fresh cut fruits and coffee. There are a large number of restaurants within walking distance, along the beachfront, and we ate at least twice in the ones we visited. The majority of tourists during our visit were Indian including a large number of family groups, but we were made to feel welcome. Overall, glad we chose this hotel for our Christmas getaway

Bokningsbeskrivning motsvarades inte av vad vi möttes av på hotellet.. Det var vissa klagomål av mindre kaliber men de dök upp hela tiden. Svårt att få gehör hos chefen på stället. Personalen på stället verkade rädda för vad chefen sa. Köket var av varierande kvalitet. Det tog tex. 45 minuter att få kokta/ steka ägg med te och bröd vissa gånger. Visst, vi var lediga men så ska det inte vara.. Vid ankomsten möttes vi av andra personer som bott där och de avrådde oss att ta in på stället.

We had the double superior sea view. The view plus the sound of the waves was fabulous and unforgettable. The room was ok housekeeping poor, breakfast was good and meals served in the restaurant were good and reasonable priced, Beer as in all Kerala was extortionate 250 IR a kingfisher.

Bad experience with hotel. Location of Hotel is good however, there is no person to attend your queries. No lift services, No intercom facility, unless we insist them they will not clean the room during your stay, Nobody will respond to you. its not worth to spend money to stay in this hotel. food quality not good for vegetarians. the facilities as they claim in the websites are all not available. so please careful while booking otherwise your hard earned money will go for unworthy stay.. sorry to say this but its what i have experience during my 3 days stay in this hotel. At least websites (Expedia.co.in) hosting advertisements for these kind of hotels should vouch for their facilities regularly to endorse their products any false claim made by this kind of hotel shall be banned from taking the advances in advance. hope the team expedia.co.in will take necessary steps........

Hotelli oli täysi, emmekä saaneet huonetta meren puolelta, jossa olisi ollut ehkä kalusteet yms. kunnossa. Huone oli kyllä iso, mutta esim yhtään tuolia ei ollut.Parvekkeella oli mukava aamuisin juoda omat kahvit ja kuunnella ympäröiviä ääänia meren kohinasta varisten raakuntaan

Hyggligt bra Hotell lite förfallet i inredningen bra frukost jättebra läge med endast 50 m till stranden och mitt i alla affärer och restauranger.

This is far most the worst experience with the hotel. Pathetic condition, smelly rooms, no service and no customer courtesy, ill mannered staffs. I mean I can go ahead writing but in short never never go this hotel.

This is an average budget hotel. The location is very good, right on the beach. My room was large with a nice balcony in a quiet area. I opted for a non a/c room to save money, and it was fine. There was a good fan, and the weather was not too hot anyway. The wifi was out the entire three days I was there. The first manager I encountered was rather surly and didn't give much help concerning anything. The second manager I encountered was kind and helpful. They had a hot spot modem that I could use for the internet, but I did not find out until the last day. The first manager did not mention it, even though I had inquired about the wifi numerous times. The season was not in full swing, so even though the location was good, there was not a lot of activity. However, almost all of the restaurants were open, as well as a decent number of shops. I would recommend this place for a good budget hotel. If you get the surly manager, wait until the other one is on duty and you will be taken care of.

This was a good "landing" spot for our first couple of nights. We looked around and found a much nicer hotel with pool, tv and refrigerator in the room for a couple of dollars more.

The bathrooms dirty and breakfast is horrible. There was no stool in bathroom to sit. Breakfast is really very bad and hotel staff does not understand the problems of people. For old people the hotel is not suitable at all and has a really problematic road to reach. The hotel is very close to sea but there is no indication on the website about which room is facing sea. Problems of taxi - charging too much and had bad experience of taxi fellow. Instead of going to Raja Ravi Verma art gallery, the taxi took us to local gallery in Trivandrum. Taxi linked to hotel looted us.

Rent och snyggt, varmt vatten och en fungerande ac, underbar utsikt. Personalen är fantastisk, mycket hjälpsamma, hjälpte oss med flera utflykter

Extremely bad experience. No lift. Was given room on fourth floor. No power backup. Telephone doesn't work, door bell doesn't work, television set given but with faulty plugs. Break fast not worth more than Rs. 20. WiFi doesn't work in room. Few sea facing rooms but additional cost. Can't book sea facing room from website. Charges 1/2 day extra rent for even 5 minutes of delay in checkout.Unprofessional staffs. Everything need repair. There are lot of hotels in the area. Keep away from this. Don't compromise with the sea facing room.

Very good.

Room: no stands for laggage, no fridge, no garbige bin, bed sheets worn out and were not changed for 7 days. No cook, same breakfast every day. Staff did the very-very best to reimburse all this gaps.

Nice location and very helpful staff. But over priced for the facilities provided.

Stayed in the ocean view rooms they were so good to check the surf . I could tell exactly when the wind changed or best tide to surf every second of the day. Rooms were very clean and staff very good. Very happy
