Har vært på dette hotellet før, og da hadde det en helt annen standard. Alt var møkkete, bad, gulv, vegger osv. Hotellet trenger sårt renovering.

I booked this hotel because all the 5 stars in the city were booked. And I checked out from the hotel within 5 hours because the both the bedroom and the bathroom were infested with bugs and cockroaches. I escaped with a few bites on me and I don’t think I wanted more. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Terrible service. Took 4-5 requests for everything. Flush wasn’t working well. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast started an hour late with slow service. Electrical were shot. I’d rate it as a 2 star hotel tops.

Great hotel, very clean and the staff were very helpful and gave advice about the best shopping and sightseeing and arranged a taxi for a day to take us to places we wanted to see at a very reasonable cost. Food good and varied for breakfast. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room and mineral water provided daily. Rickshaws and taxis readily available outside. Good tv reception and WiFi available. Felt very comfortable at this hotel and it has a lift.

The hotel was stinking like a garbage dumpster.

This was the second time I stayed at the Toy Hotel. So I knew where I was going. This time however, I saw the hotel in poorer condition than 8 months ago. The hotel seemed dirtier than last time. But what bothered me more was that the hotel had closed the restaurant. So I had no place to eat after working all day. I was not happy with the hotel. The staff understood English better on my prior trip. Wifi was weak.

Grubby and insect infested. Moved out without staying

I was dreading staying in Chandigarh for one night (because of the hear) after vacationing in Himachal Pradesh. Turned out I loved the hotel, the room was spacious so we were able to stay in comfortably, enjoying drinks and looking out a large window with green trees outside. Went for a short walk outside, did a little shopping and ate in the hotel restaurant. the welcome drinks were most welcome and a farewell gift of chocolates was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Chandigarh

We were in Chandigarh for business, so thought of staying at the hotel as it seemed interesting. The hotel concept and style is great but its old and beginning to show age, sofas are torn in certain rooms, you can see where paint touch ups have been done in spots instead of full walls. For the price we paid its worth it but that means you have to be willing to accept you get what you pay for.

Rude staff, the girl at the front desk was more interested in attending to her personal call on her mobile rather than attend the needs & enquires of my husband & myself. Complimentary wi fi didn't work the whole time we were there. Nothing special or worthwhile going back for again.

1- spring damaged on bed and was lopsided 2-basin in bathroom was too high

it was a nice stay at toy hotel.we spent 1 night at this hotel. the staff was very polite. food was so delicious. overall it was a good stay.

The Toy Hotel ligger greit plassert i forhold til attraksjoner i Chandigarh. Hotellet har spesiell design, noe vi likte veldig godt. Vi reiste med to tenåringer, og rommet var stort nok til at det kunne res opp to ekstra senger på rommet. Maten i restauranten var mye dyrere enn smaken skulle tilsi.

I stayed in the TOY Hotel, Chandigarh for 25 nights. Gee, that was a long stay. But it didn't feel that long because I felt so connected with the hotel staff, who treated me as a friend instead of a guest. Wow, how could I simply put my feeling toward the Toy Hotel? It's by far the best hotel experience I have. Great service, modern ambiance and decoration, and most importantly, tentative and friendly staff. I asked the hotel to broadcast the World Cup matches in the Lounge and they kindly agreed. We stayed up late to watch the matches night after night with the night-shift staff. I felt like watching football games with my friends in my living room couch, feeling so much like home! What's more, the breakfast staff even invited me, to my great surprise, to join them for a one-day tour to Katra & Jammu. It was by far the best surprise and wildest adventure I have during my stay at TOY. I strongly recommend you to stay with The Toy Hotel so that you won't just stay in the hotel. You LIVE in the hotel.

NICE LOCATION, GOOD BREAKFAST CLAEN AND TIDY ROOMS

The hotel is a type of hip hotel. The style is fashion and good decoration. The location is good and it is very close to airport. This is one of the good City Hotel I have ever stay.

Our stay at the Toy hotel was mixed. The bellboy was fantastic, the check in staff not so great. The rooms badly need a makeover but the sheets were clean. The breakfast spread was great but the taste needs improvement. All in all, Ginger is far better, cleaner and cheaper. Won't recommend this place.
