Right from the check-in till our check-out everything was 11 out of 10. There was a surprise welcome for us with a cake and decoration in the room. The staff were exceedingly welcoming and helpful. Room was large with an excellent view all kinds of modern amenities. Complimentary access to lounge and cocktails were provided. The dinner was good but the breakfast was excellent with wide variety of choices. Food catering to all tastes were available. We were really spoilt for choice. Definitely recommended.

Everything was good.Facility is well maintained and staffs are very courteous. Only drawback would be if the bar counter by the pool has a permanent server all the time for drinks and taking food orders. Rest from the rooms to the breakfast, all was good. Special thanks to Sugam at the front desk who made the check in fast and easy.

I was visiting with my family and the stay was amazing. Special thanks to Mr Sugam at the front desk who made our checkin absolutely fast and hassle free. Our requests were also honoured and for that we are grateful. The room provided had a stunning view of the skyline and all the staff members at these property are extremely helpful and attentive. Food is also good, would suggest if they could include some soft drinks with the buffet. And finally coming to the pool, it's probably one of the best maintained in the city right now. Very clean and big enough for everyone to enjoy. The stay was wholesome. Thanks Sugam.

I didn't enjoy my stay. When I checked in the A/C wasn't working. I wanted to order water from delivery app, they said I have to go downstairs to pick it up (they had bottles of water packed inhouse, which I did not trust). When I wanted to buy bottled mineral water the morning I was leaving for the airport at 4:30am they said the entire hotel ran out of bottled water. When I said that's quite surprising if they can't find a single bottle. Then they said it's chargeable and found a bottle. It's a shame if they think a platinum elite member is worried about paying for a bottle of water. I don't expect that from a Marriott brand. They need to train their employees to work in a brand like Marriott.

1) when we arrive at the restaurant at 10:00 pm, the luggage deliver guy stepped in the elevator with us and convinced us not to go to the food but allow him to drop of the luggage in the room before we move for dinner especially when he knows the restaurant is going to close. 2) dinning area food is not separated from veg to non-veg 3) night tables are dirty in the room, toilets have stains, bathroom are not clean 4) front desk is not very communicative with rest of the staff when we request to pass on the message I would say very poor overall

Good top end hotel albeit rather a way out of Kolkata city centre in an area with little to do but convenient for airport. Recommend Club rooms for good quality lounge access and free airport transfer. Rooms well looked after with good cleaning staff, less so around pool area where difficult to get a drink before 1pm as staff still clearing up from night before despite residents trying to relax
