Nice property with very clean rooms. Staff was courteous and very helpful in addressing your concerns. View from the rooftop restaurant is amazing as one can see the snow capped Dhauladhar range from the rooftop. On the other side, view of the valley from the restaurant is amazing. Food was fresh and delicious, though a little improvement is needed in service which I found to be a little slow. Though location is very good, it's difficult to find the hotel with google maps and there is no sign board anywhere for the way to the hotel. If something can be done in that regard, it will be very good for the first time visitors. Would definitely love to visit and stay again at the property.

We stayed at Roshan House and rooms are nice, we have beautiful view of the sunsets, and there are not enough stars to rate the service. Rama, BJ, Sanjay, Davinder go out of their way to give you the best service possible. We ended up extending our stay. Breakfast is included. It is excellent. We can barely eat all the food that comes, and it is delicious. Worth staying here just for the breakfast. If you factor in the breakfast, this is the most affordable option available. Note that we stayed in February, during a snow storm, and the power cut out several times. They gave us an extra heater. The weather is not their fault. We knew we were coming to Mcleodganj in winter and we were prepared for it. Although we could have moved down the valley to a warmer locale, we stayed here because of the service.

We stayed 2 nights during a very cold spell. it even snowed and this did impact the level of comfort as it was very cold in the hotel room the first night and there were a number of power cuts. However we were given extra blankets and heaters which helped greatly when the power was on. The staff is very willing to help in any way, in fact on the second night they turned on the heating for us before we returned to our room. We enjoyed breakfast on the roof top albeit a bit chilly, the views are amazing. It is a bit of a walk to McLeodganj, but very enjoyable when the sun was shining. Everything is closer than you realise.

A very good hotel for those who want to relax. Far away from main city with a very beautiful view. When I say far away, don’t worry they serve awesome food. Overall a good experience with treebo McLeod ganj.

This hotel is great, clean, excelente service, good food. The manager and staff help us a lot: booking taxis, recomendations, etc. We had excellent holidays in this hotel. Thanks a lot Roshan House staff

일하시는 분들도 친절하시고 청결했고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 전반적으로 가격대비 만족합니다. 교통은 버스터미널에서 걸어가긴 힘들고 릭샤나 택시 이용해야 합니다. 뷰는 모든 방이 좋지는 않았습니다. 더운물은 잘 나왔구여. 호텔내부 엘리베이터가 없으니 다리 불편하신 분들은 힘드실 것 같구요. 저희는 겨울에 갔었는데 객실내부가 추운 편이였습니다

Myself is IATA accredited travel Agent based at Pune. Hotel is clean & location is peaceful, Macleodganj is at walking distance (about 2-3kms) BUT only at day few hrs, ones it is dark way to Macleodganj is very lonely & not safe, hence you always need own vehicle or taxi. Nearby hotel no daily need shops are present. No lift in hotel & stairs are very Odd in size (Difficult for old guests to climb). No in house entertainment i.e indoor games, gym available, so its difficult to pass time if you want to be at hotel. Hotel senior & junior entire staff is very helpful & pleasing, Food is homely type. In house Free Stay & Food facility for Driver is impressive which is important for driver after long drive, very few hotels provide this kind of facility- We are Impressed & happy with that.... Appreciate same. Over all good experience & peaceful stay:)

Very friendly and courteous staff whose willingness to assist was second to none. Whilst the trip to the top is narrow and winding, it is great to experience the tranquility and peacefulness as there is definitely a change in the air.
