Great location and setup, perfect for a short stay/trip

Was there for 4 days and did not feel uncomfortable. Drinking water facility was lacking

Excellent city stay for one night. Breakfast was amazing, traditional Kerala breakfast and also western options too. Room was comfortable and bed was big.

Location: Location was great, but difficult to find the hotel (inside road). Walking distance from the ferry terminal (10 mins) and a 25min walk to the main ernakulam train station. Far out from the main restaurants but close to all the local smaller stores. Facilities: Booked a double room, it was fairly clean however the bathroom was terrible. Limescale on the taps, mirror was not great at all, couldn't see anything through it, would be difficult to do makeup or shave a beard. Toilet roll was provided on request & not replaced either. WiFi was good, great speed. Bed made daily and fresh towels given. Employees of the hotel: Staff at the reception were very good, spoke little English but were very attentive. Hemant, Ashkay and one other gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. Rahul, the area operational manger was fantastic, he helped us book another Treebo in Munnar and Goa, he went above and beyond so we could have a pleasant trip. Food: Breakfast was standard, not contentential, cereal, indian tea and a few curry choices. No fruit or pastries given & unfortunately breakfast started at 8. Overall: Standard stay but the staff were great, went above and beyond.

It’s a very noisy place and not suitable for any business purpose. The description about the rooms are not accurate

Shower cap is broken. Informed the receptionist no action from them Room service is super slow Need to wait for 1 hr to get AC and TV to set up. Really not worth it Can pay little bit extra for another 3 star hotel Worst choice

The hotel location and rooms were well desigend and in good condition. However, there were no amenities. The bed linen and towels were unclean. Breakfast was horrible and the breakfast area was unclean. Staff were not very helpful with cleanliness issues.

This is the best place to stay in Cochin. The rooms are exceptionally clean and efficient. This is the best run hotel in town. The staff and hotel manager are first rate and will help you with any issues. Plus, the breakfast is excellent! I highly recommend!

Everything available in the vicinity. Breakfast options can be better instead of repeating the same menu. Hotel must update their address and telephone number. For every little thing we cannot have the call going to Treebo Helpdesk or Call Centre. At the Treebo Call Centre I had to spell out the name of the hotel to help the person identify the telephone number. It is difficult to find directions when you land early in the morning and you dont have a local contact number.

Very freindly and smiley customer service. A few issues with my room were quickly sorted out. Local area was pleasant enough. The nearby Coffee Cube cafe served some great coffee. Breakfast was okay. Only real minus was a luke warm showers and old towels and bed linen.
