Service was terrible. Multiple times they dropped the ball on various asks. For checkout we had to wait 1 hr to get bags. Refused to give room key to get the bags myself. Overall some parts of stay were ok but service wise they need to tighten things.

Something else. I had mistakenly booked twice and charged. There was no exception. So i booked for myself and my alter ego.

Nice mostly clean rooms , though the useable needs to upgrade , staffs are mostly friendly , cooperative , helpful . Poll seems good though I didn’t use that .

Amazing hotel! The Experience I have was incredible. The chef every morning was attentive, friendly and shared with my different food options to try, this was more than just a buffet. The most special moment was when I was sitting in the car and Bharat Singh came to me with a special souvenirs. What a moment! I will definitely come back with my tour with family and friends.

Great service and beautiful place.

Great experience, the restaurant serves some lip smacking food. We were celebrating our anniversary, however did not get anything complimentary (not even a cake) from the hotel, which would have made the experience even better

Staff was so welcoming and amazing property had amazing time

Amazing experience. The staff was very cooperative and polite specially Ms. Ashi Mathur. They were always available to take care of all our needs end-to-end. The amenities like wifi, breakfast, pool, everything was just perfect. Beautiful hotel and the stay was made extra comfortable by the hospitality of the staff. They went out of their way at times and that really touched us. Highly recommended.

It was an excellent experience staying in the villa. Large, beautiful rooms with huge bathrooms. The decent-size private swimming pool , outside patio and a lawn with chirping weaver-birds building their several nests added to the experience. The resort was pretty and calm. Both the restaurants, Sholla and Chinkaara have a great selection of authentic Rajasthani dishes with a modern twist and they create a delightful fusion. Chinkaara is a bit informal and has some mughlai and non-Indian options both at breakfast and dinner. Sholla has traditional Rajasthani menu served in a Royal caravan like ambience. The service was amazing.

Staff was good - especially Dharmpal in Chinkara restaurant. Location is a little far off. Average stay.

The staff at the reception are extremely rude and it doesn't feel like itc hospitality in any manner extremely bad food service and staff

The location was far from the city centre and we didn't have our own car so we had to pay extra money to the driver to pick up and drop off at the hotel every time. They had a mosquito problem in one of their guest toilets. Rooms were great, no problems here. The hotel was still under construction, not a probelm but good to know.

wondwerful hotel, big rooms with bath tub, all essential amenities, DTH with full channels, excellent food and hospitality

This is a great property with nice lawns and lots of open spaces. We will consider it again if we come back to Jodhpur.

There is literally no transport at all . It’s so scary in night time

Before staying I had great expectations as I was spending over 250 CAD $ a night per room and I booked two rooms for two families. I have big list of disappointments from this place. #1 check in did not go smooth, before check in I travelled for 7 hours(Jaipur to Jodhpur) with two families. Hotel required visa copy and until that time kids were not even asked for water. It took 50 minutes to complete check in. Staff was under trained and lack of professionalism. #2 carpet of the room were filthy, definitely hotel’s star rating should have changed. There was food particles and bugs in the carpet. Despite of complaining no corrective actions taken. Local Manager didn’t not bother to respond. Hotel is famous for 11 acre of property and wedding venue so staff and department manager were not interested attending individual guests. #3 Cold food served during breakfast. #4 I asked to change temperature because of cold in December, temperature panel locked by system so guests can not adjust temperature. One of staff confirmed there is no heating system which is big big question mark for such big name of hotel. #5 I stayed for two nights and booked two rooms so asked blankets for each room. No blanket given on first night. Finally after number of times complaining we were given blankets. Prior to Jodhpur we stayed at Trident Jaipur during our vacation at half price what Jodhpur charged. All facilities food and services were outstanding by Oberoi group.

The hotel is beautiful and rooms were clean and the food was good. The only issue was the noise from the top floor lot of chairs moving and running the whole night . We did tell the reception but no use. Though fewer people were there still they gave rooms closer to each other. The Main is the noise which didn't allow us to sleep.
