โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในย่านการเดินทางที่สะดวกไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเดินทางจากสนามบินมาที่พัก หรือการเดินทางจากที่พักไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวด้วยรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน และรถไฟธรรมดา อีกทั้งยังหาของกินได้ไม่ยาก มีหลายระดับให้เลือก ประทับใจเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงแรมที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือในการจองรถและให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ สามารถเช็คอินได้ก่อนเวลา ถ้ามีโอกาสจะไปใช้บริการอีกครั้ง

シャワーの水圧が弱いですが、それ以外は満足です。スタッフの方も親切で滞在しやすいと感じました。

Zostel liegt in old delhi in der Nähe des Bahnhofes. Allerdings ist es zu Nahe, um ein Ubertaxi zu bekommen, zu Fuß ist es vom Bahnhof oder Metrostation mit Gepäck sehr weit, also muss man ein tuk tuk vom Bahnhof oder der Metro nehmen, was sehr sehr nervig ist, weil, sobald man die Metro verlässt, umgeben ist von diversen nervenden Tuk Tuk und Taxifahren, die einen sehr bedrängen. Airporttransfer sollte vom Zostel 1900 Rs. kosten, zum airport mit ubertaxi zahlten wir 450 Rs, also verlangt das Zostel unverschämt viel. Wir hatten die Deluxe Suite, was den Namen nicht verdient, weder suite noch deluxe. Es ist ein abgewohntes großes Zimmer mit einem TV ohne Sender, einer Couch,Tisch, großem Bett mit fleckiger schmuddeliger Bettwäsche, guter AC, Minikühlschrank. Man hat deutlich mehr Platz als im Standardoppelzimmet, das war es dann aber auch schon. Für das gebotene ist der Zimmerpreis überhöht, die Lage ist nicht so schön, in der Umgebung viel Chaos,Lärm,Dreck,Müll, aufdringliche Inder, die einen vollquatschen und einen ungefragt begleiten. Die Umgebung ist nicht schön. Das Personal ist freundlich, der mornong walk mit dem guide durch old delhi war sehr interessant und gut durchgeführt. Cafe im Keller kann man vergessen, Chai, Buttermilch ungeniessbar. Die ganze Umgebung sollte man meiden, so wie auch die Inder dort selber nicht wohnen möchten. Wir würden dort nicht mehr wohnen.

The rooms were not as shown on the website. The standard room in website showed much larger room, with sitting space for two. There were no windows in the room, and no shower curtains in the bathroom. There wasn't even soap and toothbrush and basic toiletries in the bathroom. Even the bedsheets had stains on it. It was very congested. Additionally, we recieved calls every 5 mins from 9.45 to 10.15 to checkout. The official checkout time is 10. We checked out by 10.13. we don't expect multiple calls for 10minw of time. Overall, terrible stay for the price we paid.. Not to mention that the common area washrooms are really bad, plus no ac in so called 'co-working space'.. All talk no show kind of place. Expected better from such a big chain.

The bill provided by Zostel mentioned the amount different from what I paid on Expedia. Please rectify in the future to avoid inconvenience.

Great place to stay if you don't mind the chaos outside. The room was clean but you can notice the sheeds and pillos have seen some use. There is cooling air conditioner but no heater. The bathroom can get a little messy after a shower since the water can run easily to the rest of the bathroom. May get a little noisy if your room is facing the streets. Food was great, we had omelets as breakfast. As a tourist from a different country I felt a little uncomfortable walking outside sine most people is either looking at you or trying to offering you a ride somewhere. Not a lot to see from the rooftop but the area itself is great.

I had a very nice experience at Zostel Kathmandu several years ago and thus i decided to stay in Zostel Delhi. Somewhat disappointed. I stayed in a private room. The room is not clean though. I saw some insects and cockroaches. But the staff was all super friendly, helpful and nice.

Good experience

The baggage storage area is shared with what appeared to be the food preparation area. Happened to see food all over the place when I picked up my bag. Not very clean in general so I’d think twice about ordering any food from the hostel. Plenty of food options in the area though. Overall a good option with friendly staff that is close to NDLS railway station.

There common area where we seat and work, that area is under maintenance, it’s property responsibility to arrange alternate if they have. But they are charging extra money to use a 1 room which is not in maintenance. And charging like 200₹ per head for 2-3hrs. There lift was not working. Day shift staff from reception didn’t found helpful. There dormitory is very very conjugated, and bathroom is like very uncomfortable. No ventilation.

There common area in maintenance, guest who are in workation, bit challenging to work.
