The staff are amazing at this hotel. They are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, lovely menu and good coffee. You never wait long to be seated or served. We had a beautiful, spacious room with a huge balcony to sit on. Very peaceful even though it was in the middle of a busy street. The hotel was in a very good location to explore Ubud. Would highly recommend 😍

DON'T BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. My l'oréal paris steampod hair iron was broken due to a power outage in my room. Following their intervention, I mentioned to the electrician that my device was no longer functional. Afterwards, I asked the hotel for an investigation and following the electricity report, the hotel had agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the device since I have to get a new one. The next day, they refused to reimburse me, despite their confirmation the day before. This is unacceptable, there are very nice hotels with much better service next door. Don't go to Alaya.

This is how of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s gorgeous and very green - the property is expansive yet when you walk outside at the front you’re in a very busy, walkable area with many shopping and dining options. I liked the balance of the quiet and nature of the hotel combined with the walk ability and convenience to things. You can also walk to monkey forest area with tons of nightlife and restaurants. Lastly the staff was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely return here.

This is how of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s gorgeous and very green - the property is expansive yet when you walk outside at the front you’re in a very busy, walkable area with many shopping and dining options. I liked the balance of the quiet and nature of the hotel combined with the walk ability and convenience to things. You can also walk to monkey forest area with tons of nightlife and restaurants. Lastly the staff was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely return here.

Loved the Balinese hospitality. It's set among lush rice fields. Walking distance to monkey forest and restaurants at your door steps. Ver calm serene place, our room was huge

Ubudun merkezine çok yakın Bali tatili için ilk başlangıç açısından tercih edilebilecek en iyi otellerden bir tanesi. Konumu hasebiyle bölgeyi tanıma açısından mükemmel bir yer. Ayrıca çalışanların harika cana yakınlığı ve ilgileri sizi harika hissettiriyor.

직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 시설의 부족함을 직원들의 헌신으로 만회하는 숙소입니다. 샤워기 필터를 끼고 싶었는데 손샤워기가 따로 없고 위에 해바라기형만 달려있었던 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 조식은 정말 맛이 없습니다. 그래도 직원들은 정말 친절하고 헌신적입니다!

The hotel is located in the middle of everything. There are numerous restaurants you can walk to and two restaurants on the property. It wasn’t super expensive and the spa is good.
