Conrad Bali

Conrad Bali is a beautiful resort with amazing staff who go out of their way to look after their guests. My room was luxurious and beautifully appointed with special touches like pillow scent (guest selects) added to pillows every day. During my stay I had dinner in Suku and Eight Degrees South. The quality of the food was excellent with good choice and reasonably priced compared to Ireland rates. The staff in both restaurants are wonderful - so friendly and attentive. Breakfast in Suku is also outstanding. The manageress was so kind and reserved me my favourite table every morning for breakfast. A special mention goes to Chef Ngurah Manik who on learning that it was my birthday at breakfast time informed several staff who sang Happy Birthday to me and Chef Manik presented me with cake. What a lovely surprise. When I returned to my room later in the day my bed was decorated with petals and a towel was shaped into a birthday cake. I was made to feel very special and as a solo traveller away from home and family and friends on her birthday it meant so much to me. The pool area is amazing. There is no problem getting a sunlounger and they are well spaced out. Thank you to all staff at Conrad Bali. You are what makes this hotel as wonderful as it is.

großartiger service, hilfsbereitschaft und freundlichkeit der mitarbeiter sind nicht zu topen! die gesamte anlage ist 1a gepflegt, der garten in einem so schön gestaltetem und perfekten zustand das man staunen muss das resort ist groß und weitläufig, dennoch hat man hier überall absolute ruhe und entspannung unser zimmer (deluxe poolview) war rießig, super ausgestattetbund hatte eine tolle lounge am balkon auf der man zb auch bei regen super entspannen kann 2 dinge haben uns nicht so gut gefallen: * sonnenschirme: viel zu wenige sonnenschirme, ein großteil der liegen ist nicht mit einem schirm ausgestattet und auch auf nachfrage ist keiner erhältlich. man muss hier also wirklich früh dran sein * hauptrestaurant: für unseren geschmack beim frühstück zu groß, zu sehr klimatisiert und vorallem ein sehr hoher geräuschpegel. die plätze im freien (sehr begrenzt verfügbar) sind top;es gibt zwar ein 2. kleineres frühstückslokal aber auch das ist nicht so toll gelöst bzw das buffet doch deutlich kleiner alte

An amazing stay with absolutely flawless staff who we were pleased to leave everything to! A very well appointed resort that had every amenity we needed, with all round excellent standards - people are an organisation's greatest asset, and the Conrad is certainly blessed here - the exact feeling that radiates to guests. Sad to leave!
