We had a lovely stay at D'Coin. The room was always clean and well presented and the pool facilities were also clean and well maintained. The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff were excellent, they were helpful, kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time at D'Coin :) thank you for making our honeymoon special.

The staff and villa are amazing. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Great location. Walking distance to shops, food and beaches while still quiet. I had a newer villa and it was gorgeous. Fantastic pool area. I'll be back for sure. Thank you :)

We had originally booked 11 nights for our honeymoon to experience Nusa Lembongan, but unfortunately, we checked out 4 days earlier due to the issues we encountered during our stay. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel turned out to be the worst hotel experience we've ever had. On our first day, we encountered a large lizard (about 40 cm in length) on the balcony. We immediately contacted the staff, and while they were responsive and quickly removed the creature, this was just the beginning of a much larger issue. Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly disturbed by lizards, geckos, caterpillars, and various insects appearing in our room. The geckos, in particular, were quite noisy at night. Initially, we accepted this as part of staying in Bali, where such creatures are common. However, the situation escalated when we spotted a mouse walking along the wall of our room. We contacted the staff again, and they kindly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. Early the next morning, we discovered a gecko, roughly the size of a cat, in the bathroom of the new room. The staff promptly removed it when we reported it, but by this point, we had lost all confidence in the hotel’s ability to provide a comfortable and safe environment.

The staff explained that this issue was due to the large trees nearby, but frankly, there’s nothing "normal" about sharing a hotel room with a mouse and a giant gecko. If you're comfortable with animals of all kinds wandering freely in your room, then this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
