Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan dapat bermalam di hotel bintang 5 ini, ruangan cukup luas untuk kami berempat, keluarga kecil, dengan harga yang cukup kompetitif. Luxury in every way, this is the choice hotel in Nusa Dua, staff always friendly & helpful, the grounds are absolutely stunning, so is the pristine private beach. We had meals at the Nampu & Pasar Senggal, great memories.
We had a sea view room, waking up to the sounds of waves & enjoy the morning sun overlooking the ocean, it’s a bliss!

Très bel hôtel, chambre très grande, propre et confortable avec une jolie vue.
Belles piscine dont une avec toboggan.
La nourriture est bonne.
Cependant, le service n’est pas à la hauteur. À l’arrivée, on vous offre une boisson et une serviette fraîche mais il faut aller les chercher sois même dans une armoire vitrée… étonnant surtout quand on vient de l’hôtel d’a côté (Ayodya Resort) où le service est bien meilleur.
Pareil côté restauration, tous les restaurants ferment à 21:30 donc passée cette heure, il vous reste le room service ou le sport bar avec des snacks.
Au lounge, on a commandé un mocktail et la serveuse revient on disant désolé on n’a plus de bananes… bref le sens du service pour le standing est déconcertant (on a été au Hayatt Jogyjakarta et c’était bien mieux côté service).
À choisir et pour le prix on ira plutôt au Ayodya si on revient.

Malgré le cadre fastueux du lobby de l’hôtel à l’arrivée, l’état des chambres et la propreté laissent franchement à désirer pour un hôtel classé 5 étoiles : menuiseries et huisseries abîmées, peintures écaillées, faux plafonds qui bougent et claquent sous l’effet du vent, propreté des sanitaires et du linge de lit à revoir. Bref, une rénovation ne ferait pas de mal. Dommage car cadre naturel magnifique et extérieurs bien entretenus

During our recent stay, we encountered several disappointing experiences that fell short of the level of service we expected from Hyatt brand: 1. Towel for day trips- we booked a waterfall tour and asked for towels to take with us. We were informed that hotel towels cannot be taken outside. Given that many guests in Bali take day tours involving water activities , this feels like a vary basic amenity that should be offered. It cost hotel almost nothing but makes a significant impact on the guest experiance. 2. Beach cleanliness and preparatiob- I jogged early each morning and noticed a clear difference in how beaches were maintained by different hotels. Unfortunately, Hyatt's beach area appeared among the least maintained. Compared to neighboring hotels, where staff were preparing the beach and offering towels to guests as early as 6:30-7:00am, to put on the sun bed to wash the sunrise, for Hyatt even if you ask, you won't be getting the towels until 8:00 am. So Hyatt's beach had more visible garbage (plastic and other debris) and no similar towel service. This gave an impression of neglect that is not consistent with the Hyatt brand. 3. Charge for boiled water- we had arranged to meet a local coffee merchant to buy Luwak coffee. We sat in the lounge area of the restaurant near the lobby and asked for the boiled water and cups so we can taste the coffee that we were buying. To our surprise we were presented with the bill for the hot water. Additionally, the staff seemed unh

Old and outdated rooms. Rooms too far away from pool, beach, Lobby etc. Spa too expensive, Spa products inferior quality.
Pool and beach staff extremely rude especially the towel providers. For Cabana they want us to reserve in advance and ask for IDR 1M spent. All just about collecting money, no service standards. Food very expensive!

Every request took two to three times to be completed. On my last day it took FOUR (4) calls and about three hours (!) to the front desk to have a copy of my bill; I was checking out at 4:30am and wanted to review prior to departure. The wait staff by the "quiet" pool were great! The bellman area were a constant dis-appointment. I will state that the cost of dining and drinking at the hotel were very favorable. And, finally, while my guest room was "ok" you can tell it's in need of a renovation or at least an update.

Este hotel es sencillamente ESPECTACULAR, en todos los sentidos.
La atención, disposición y amabilidad de las personas que trabajan ahí es excelente!!!
Las habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas, los amenities excelentes, además ofrecen una lista de amenities bastante amplia, sin costo, por si olvidaste algo.
La comodidad, ubicación, inmejorable (literalmente frente al centro comercial Bali Collection, llegas caminando) así que tienes muchas opciones para hacer compras, cenar, etc….Las tiendas de souvenirs de Bali Collection tienen prácticamente los mismos precios que las tiendas en Ubud.
El mantenimiento del hotel es excelente, está en perfectas condiciones, es un hotel enorme y súper lindo.
El desayuno es muy variado y DELICIOSO!!!
Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo al 100%.

We had a comfortable, pleasant, and quiet stay. The reception responded promptly to inquiries from the guest room and were very helpful throughout. The bathtub leaked hot water easily, which was a bit of a downside, but everything else was excellent. Thank you.

The property was very well maintained and the pools and surrounding areas were great, the apartments were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The only downside to this property was the fact that the food and drinks were very expensive!

Luxury in every way, this is the choice hotel in Nusa Dua, staff always friendly & helpful, the grounds are absolutely stunning, so is the pristine private beach. We had meals at the Nampu & Pasar Senggal, great memories.
We had a sea view room, waking up to the sounds of waves & enjoy the morning sun overlooking the ocean, it’s a bliss!

Très bel hôtel, chambre très grande, propre et confortable avec une jolie vue.
Belles piscine dont une avec toboggan.
La nourriture est bonne.
Cependant, le service n’est pas à la hauteur. À l’arrivée, on vous offre une boisson et une serviette fraîche mais il faut aller les chercher sois même dans une armoire vitrée… étonnant surtout quand on vient de l’hôtel d’a côté (Ayodya Resort) où le service est bien meilleur.
Pareil côté restauration, tous les restaurants ferment à 21:30 donc passée cette heure, il vous reste le room service ou le sport bar avec des snacks.
Au lounge, on a commandé un mocktail et la serveuse revient on disant désolé on n’a plus de bananes… bref le sens du service pour le standing est déconcertant (on a été au Hayatt Jogyjakarta et c’était bien mieux côté service).
À choisir et pour le prix on ira plutôt au Ayodya si on revient.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We tried all the restaurants and bars and rhey were all high standard. We used the spa, the kid's club, took surf lessons - every service was excellent. Our stay really exceeded all expectations. Thank you!

Malgré le cadre fastueux du lobby de l’hôtel à l’arrivée, l’état des chambres et la propreté laissent franchement à désirer pour un hôtel classé 5 étoiles : menuiseries et huisseries abîmées, peintures écaillées, faux plafonds qui bougent et claquent sous l’effet du vent, propreté des sanitaires et du linge de lit à revoir. Bref, une rénovation ne ferait pas de mal. Dommage car cadre naturel magnifique et extérieurs bien entretenus

During our recent stay, we encountered several disappointing experiences that fell short of the level of service we expected from Hyatt brand: 1. Towel for day trips- we booked a waterfall tour and asked for towels to take with us. We were informed that hotel towels cannot be taken outside. Given that many guests in Bali take day tours involving water activities , this feels like a vary basic amenity that should be offered. It cost hotel almost nothing but makes a significant impact on the guest experiance. 2. Beach cleanliness and preparatiob- I jogged early each morning and noticed a clear difference in how beaches were maintained by different hotels. Unfortunately, Hyatt's beach area appeared among the least maintained. Compared to neighboring hotels, where staff were preparing the beach and offering towels to guests as early as 6:30-7:00am, to put on the sun bed to wash the sunrise, for Hyatt even if you ask, you won't be getting the towels until 8:00 am. So Hyatt's beach had more visible garbage (plastic and other debris) and no similar towel service. This gave an impression of neglect that is not consistent with the Hyatt brand. 3. Charge for boiled water- we had arranged to meet a local coffee merchant to buy Luwak coffee. We sat in the lounge area of the restaurant near the lobby and asked for the boiled water and cups so we can taste the coffee that we were buying. To our surprise we were presented with the bill for the hot water. Additionally, the staff seemed unh

Old and outdated rooms. Rooms too far away from pool, beach, Lobby etc. Spa too expensive, Spa products inferior quality.
Pool and beach staff extremely rude especially the towel providers. For Cabana they want us to reserve in advance and ask for IDR 1M spent. All just about collecting money, no service standards. Food very expensive!

Every request took two to three times to be completed. On my last day it took FOUR (4) calls and about three hours (!) to the front desk to have a copy of my bill; I was checking out at 4:30am and wanted to review prior to departure. The wait staff by the "quiet" pool were great! The bellman area were a constant dis-appointment. I will state that the cost of dining and drinking at the hotel were very favorable. And, finally, while my guest room was "ok" you can tell it's in need of a renovation or at least an update.
