Jadwal keberangkatan kapal berubah ubah mengikuti pasang surut air laut. Reservasi ini mewajibkan tamu menghubungi pihak hotel setidaknya 2 atau 3 hari sebelum kedatangan. Pihak Traveloka tidak membagikan contact tamu pada saat kami menerima konfirmasi booking Bapak/Ibu, anda juga dapat melihat jadwal keberangkatan kami sesuai yang tertea di hotel foto . Harap tiba dipelabuhan paling lambat 15 menit sebelum jadwal keberangkatan, apabila Bapak/Ibu tertinggal dan tetap ingin melanjutkan proses check in, maka Bapak/Ibu wajib melakukan sewa speed boat dengan tarif Rp 1.500.000 untuk 1x jalan . Pelabuhan ada di Kelurahan Sembulang, pertengahan jembatan 4 dan 5 Barelang, Batam yang bernama Cita Rasa Seafood Restaurant. Durasi perjalanan dari tengah kota akan menempuh waktu kurang lebih 2 jam untuk tiba di pelabuhan kami. ((Pemesanan kamar yang dilakukan pada H-1 atau pada hari H dan tidak dapat mengikuti jadwal yang sudah kami infokan di atas, maka hal tersebut diluar tanggung jawab Kiki Beach Resort)) Ketentuan Tambahan Orang di Dalam Kamar : a) Usia anak 0-3th tidak dikenakan biaya tambahan dan tanpa keuntungan apapun, segala halnya akan berbagi bersama orang tua. b) Usia anak 4-10th akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar Rp 250.000/anak/malam sudah termasuk sarapan dan transportasi keberangkatan kapal, tanpa tambahan kelengkapan kamar seperti tempat tidur, handuk, selimut, dan yang lainnya. c) Usia anak 11th keatas akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sesuai ketentuan orang dewasa sebesar Rp 500.000/orang/malam sudah termasuk tambahan tempat tidur, sarapan, handuk, air mineral, selimut dan lainnya. d) Semua tamu yang akan menginap akan dimintai datanya oleh staff Kiki Beach Resort untuk list keberangkatan, dan tambahan biaya akan diinfo sebelum semua tamu menaiki kapal. e) Biaya tambahan diatas dapat berubah selama masa liburan dan tamu wajib mengikuti charge rate yang berlaku. The boat departure schedule changes according to the tides. This reservation requires guests to contact the hotel at least 2-3 days before arrival. Traveloka side did not share us guest contact detail while our team received your booking confirmation. You can also check our boat schedule at our hotel photos. Please arrive at the port no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure, if you are left behind and still want to continue the check-in process, then you are required to rent a speed boat at a rate of Rp. 1,500,000 for 1 time. The port is in Sembulang Village, midway between bridges 4 and 5 Barelang, Batam, which is called Cita Rasa Seafood Restaurant. The duration of the trip from the city center will take approximately 2 hours to arrive at our port. ((Reservations made on D-1 or D-day and cannot follow the schedule that we have informed above, then this is outside the responsibility of Kiki Beach Resort)) Additional Provisions for Persons in the Room: a) Child age 0- 3th year is free of charge and without any profit, everything will be shared with parents. b) Children aged 4-10 years will be charged an additional fee of IDR 250,000/child/night including breakfast and ship departure transportation, without additional room amenities such as beds, towels, blankets, and others. c) Children aged 11 years and over will be charged an additional fee according to adult regulations of IDR 500,000 / person / night including additional bed, breakfast, towels, mineral water, blankets and others. d) All guests staying overnight will be asked for their data by Kiki Beach Resort staff for the departure list, and additional costs will be informed before all guests board the ship. e) Additional charge above can be different during peak season, guest must follow rate apply during that period.
