Suparsa's Home Stay

The owner and staffs are very nice. They welcome all guests with the fresh fruit and also provide fruit for guests everyday. The breakfast is yummy and they changed menu everyday. Very impressed when I got a bottom of water upon the check out, a very kind way to say good bye from the Suprasa's Home Stay.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sind um einen kleinen Hof mit kleinem Pool angerichtet. 20.00 bis 08.00h wird um Ruhe gebeten. Frühstück wird zum Zimmer serviert. Einfach aber gut. Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing time. Everything was super smooth from check in to check out. This is a home stay and the family who run this are lovely and will do anything to help. They arranged our small group (5 people) sunrise trek to Mount Batur, including transfers. They also provided our transfer at 5:30am to Padang Bai for our ferry to Gili T. Hot water is provided daily if you wish to have a hot drink in the room. Breakfast is available too and very reasonably priced, 35k I think. Ideal location to the centre of Ubud, it took us 8-10 minutes to walk there. There are places to do laundry only a 2 minute walk away. The room and bathroom was clean. The shower was powerful and hot which was great! The bed was slightly creaky and we could sometimes hear people outside talking but we still got a good nights sleep. We felt safe here. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits au total dans une chambre supérieure. Les deux premières nuits se sont très bien passées et nous avons même choisi de prolonger notre séjour, ce qui témoigne de notre satisfaction initiale. Pour les deux dernières nuits, nous avons été logés dans une chambre supérieure triple avec deux lits. La chambre était propre, mais elle aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement afin d’apporter plus de confort. Nous avons notamment remarqué un taux d’humidité assez élevé ainsi qu’un problème d’écoulement de la douche, qui a malheureusement provoqué des odeurs le lendemain matin. Ces détails techniques n’enlèvent rien à la qualité de l’accueil : l’hôte et le personnel sont adorables. L’endroit est très calme, parfait pour se reposer, et l’emplacement est excellent pour visiter Ubud et les alentours. Avec quelques améliorations sur l’entretien et la maintenance de la chambre triple (gestion de l’humidité et de la salle de douche), le séjour pourrait devenir exceptionnel.

Hôtel/Guesthouse très agréable, composée d’une maison principal, d’un petit bâtiment et de petits pavillons à l’arrière, offrant des chambres confortables et propres. L’endroit est calme, bien situé et idéal pour profiter d’Ubud. Restaurants, boutiques et temple à proximité. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible, le petit déjeuner est servi devant votre chambre à l’heure souhaitée. La petite piscine est un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir après les visites. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, nous avons même prolongé notre séjour !

Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful

The staff is excellent and very attentive to your needs and goes above and beyond. It's down a street that has local places mixed in with newer looking establishments. it's also a short walk to the temple and mant other restaurants and shops. The staff can set you up with any tours or excursions you want to do for a fair price. We extented our stay and look forward to coming back to ubid in a couple weeks ;)

This is the best accommodation I have stayed at in ALL OF Indonesia!!!! The staff goes above and beyond, the breakfast is amazing and it’s CLOSE to Ubud’s Main Street! The staff really does absolutely everything for it’s customers, I think would stay here every time I’m in Ubud!!!!!!

J'ai bien apprécié la chambre lumineuse, le petit déjeuner que l'on vous apporte et le service. Seul hic pour moi, est que ma chambre était sur le passage de la chambre d'a côté, du coup je fermais les rideaux de la baie vitré pour ne pas être vu. Douche et toilette était propre. L'hôtel est bien situé tout en étant au calme.

Really recommend this place, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Everything worked out perfectly.

The homestay is within walking distance of the Main Street of Ubud which makes it very convenient. The rooms are comfortable; not a five star hotel by any means but staff are very accommodating and warm. Overall, a good value for the price.

+ Idyllische Unterkunft in zentraler Lage + Leckeres Frühstück draußen vor dem Zimmer + Schöner Pool zum Abkühlen + Es können tolle Touren über das Homestay gebucht werden, bei denen man auch Einblicke in das lokale Geschehen erhält + Wir wurden auch mitten in der Nacht vom Flughafen abgeholt und angenehm mit kühlen Wasser begrüßt - Ubud war während unseres Aufenthalts (März) ziemlich überlaufen. Die Unterkunft war jedoch in allen Belangen super!

Really clean place with helpful staff. Location was good as well. Practically walkable distance to most attractions.

I payed for two nights with expedia and upon my arrival at 8pm, I was told by the front desk that the second night was not available. I was tired, and they wanted me to wait with them to contact expedia which took an hour before they decided to hang up because they could not get through to expedia. I tried to explain to them during this hour of me standing at the front desk that this was between them and expedia and I was tired and on vacation, and needed to check into my room so that I could sleep. They wouldn't let me have the room and told me to stop causing problems. Overall, this was a very disheartening experience. I was left on the street at 9pm and had to go across the street to the Best Western which was three times the cost. I wouldn't stay here and I wouldn't use expedia to book hotels in Bali as this happened to several people I spoke to- they arrived to their hotel with their expedia reservation already paid, and it was already booked by someone else.
