Excellent hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. They were very helpful in calling a taxi and providing travel tips. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was undergoing some maintenance, but was very clean and otherwise well kept. Located very close to Manzoni station, we had no problem getting anywhere we wanted to go in the city. The breakfast was excellent, as were the staff. It was an excellent experience!

Staff were phenomenal! Everyone was welcoming. English was good. Food for dinner was always good! We didn’t include the breakfast in our stay but we did get to see it and it looks amazing! Definitely going to opt in next time! It was a mix of American and Roman style. Bartenders awesome! Even though it may seem out of the way of things the metro was literally at the door step! It only took us 1 day to figure out the metro so we did the 1 week pass and was able to go everywhere! They even gave us great recommendations for food locations! We will definitely be back!

Great hotel in a great location with excellent customer service. Front desk folks were absolutely wonderful. Arranged some transportation through them which was done before arrival, verified once we arrived and worked perfectly. Restaurant/bar staff were great, too. Loved our stay.

Hilton Garden Inn Rome Colosseum was an average stay overall, and I expected better from the Hilton brand. While the hotel allowed a late checkout, which was appreciated, there were several drawbacks that affected the experience. The location was not ideal, as it is set in a run-down market area with garbage disposal right outside. Although it is conveniently close to Manzoni station, the hotel name can be misleading—it is not really within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, which is around a 20–25 minute walk away. The hotel appears to have been converted from a previous property, and remnants of the old style are still noticeable. Rooms were also a little too small, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was inconsistent throughout the stay. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others seemed rude. It was also disappointing that basic forgotten amenities such as toothpaste or deodorant came at an extra charge of £5–£10, rather than being offered as a courtesy. The elevators were also very slow, which added to the inconvenience. The breakfast was quite good. Bacon, Waffles, Sausages, Scrambled Eggs, and lots of bakery items and more. Overall, the stay was acceptable but unremarkable. There were some positives, but for the price and brand expectations, it fell short.

El hotel muy bien, esta recién remodelado de hecho estrenamos camas y sabanas lo único es la zona donde se encuentra no esta muy bonita pero esta cerca caminando al coliseo y eso junto con la remuneración y su personal amable lo salvan

Palestra fuori uso fino al 7 marzo comunicata solo sul loro sito e non sulle piattaforme. Lavori in corso che iniziavano prima delle 8 e rumori dal corridoio forti già la mattina presto. O si insonorizzano meglio le stanze o si fa meno rumore.

Quarto ótimo. Hotel renovado. Equipe muito simpática! Excelente café da manhã.

La stanza anche se in struttura c'erano ancora lavori in corso ed in camera era presente un tappeto datato che è stato rimosso. Per il.resto tutto ok
