The hotels is in a great location - walk to great restaurant shops and grab some incredible gelato. The hotel is beautiful well appointed modern very clean and luxurious. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. Most have expertise in at least five languages. They are professional and warm and experts in the hospitality business.. Azzura and Alessandro both were outstanding and contributed to a fabulous stay. The massage therapist is talented- be sure to check out the pool and check out the sauna Turkish bath and cold plunge set in a beautiful underground cave.

A localização é espetacular, com fácil acesso à praia e aos pontos mais charmosos da região. Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week.

Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos por Alessandro, cuja liderança se reflete em cada detalhe da equipe, atenciosa, calorosa e impecavelmente profissional. O quarto, com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar, é um refúgio de elegância e conforto, onde o design contemporâneo se harmoniza com a atmosfera mediterrânea. Mas o ponto alto da estadia, sem dúvida, foi o spa, um verdadeiro santuário do bem-estar, com um menu extenso de terapias que traduzem o luxo em sua forma mais sensorial. Minha experiência com Valentina, uma terapeuta excepcional, foi simplesmente inesquecível, com técnica refinada, toque preciso e uma presença que transmite paz. Viver Fasano e a Puglia a partir do Bianco Riccio é muito mais do que uma hospedagem: é mergulhar em um universo de sofisticação, autenticidade e cuidado genuíno. Superou todas as expectativas.

Spotless hotel! Even always smelled so clean. Alexandro was wonderful along with all the staff! From check in to breakfast everyone was kind and friendly. If we had good weather it would have been a perfect trip! Thank you to everyone that went above and beyond for us! Grazie Mille❣️

Such a perfect place to relax. The Spa was lovely that I enjoyed. Everything was so clean and the staff always helpful. I would highly recommend the place. I am definitely coming back. Thank you to all the team members for making my stay so nice.

The hotels is in a great location - walk to great restaurant shops and grab some incredible gelato. The hotel is beautiful well appointed modern very clean and luxurious. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. Most have expertise in at least five languages. They are professional and warm and experts in the hospitality business.. Azzura and Alessandro both were outstanding and contributed to a fabulous stay. The massage therapist is talented- be sure to check out the pool and check out the sauna Turkish bath and cold plunge set in a beautiful underground cave.

Nossa estadia no Hotel Bianco Riccio foi simplesmente perfeita. Desde o check-in até o último dia, tudo superou nossas expectativas. O quarto era grande, confortável e muito bem decorado, ideal para quem busca descanso com sofisticação. O serviço foi impecável em todos os aspectos. Gostaríamos de destacar especialmente o atendimento do concierge Alessandro, que foi atencioso, prestativo e absolutamente profissional. Sua fluência em português, francês, inglês e italiano fez toda a diferença para nos sentirmos acolhidos e bem orientados durante a estadia. A localização é espetacular, com fácil acesso à praia e aos pontos mais charmosos da região. A vista para o mar é deslumbrante e se torna ainda mais especial ao ser apreciada do rooftop, que é um verdadeiro refúgio com ambiente agradável e ótimo serviço. O custo-benefício é excelente, especialmente considerando o padrão do hotel e a qualidade de tudo o que é oferecido. Sem dúvida, recomendamos fortemente o Bianco Riccio – uma experiência memorável em todos os sentidos.

Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week.
