Good location, only 20-25 minutes walk to the airport. Very nice room with a balkony, very nice bathroom. Lousy breakfast «included». Bring your own coffee and food.

Excellent room. Close to airport ... but I would not recommend walking...as its quite a hike if you have baggage.

Property gave the impression there would be a nice breakfast spread through the webpage advertisements and staff wording upon arrival however when i went for breakfast there was merely a couple pieces of plastic wrapped sliced bread slices and a couple of croissants. Norhing more. The room was very clean, upgraded features in common space and room. Complete contrast to the outside of building

We were staying for one night on June 6, 2024. Great advantage of this location is close proximity to airport. For those who have early flight it's a good place to stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful, she was in a constant contact with us, called taxi very early in the morning. It's nice not to have any anxiety about city traffic and after short ride arrive for your flight in timely manner. Place is clean, well equipped and has breathtaking view of city and sea from the balcony.

The property was clean but missing shampoo and body wash, and we had a very poor experience with the staff. The location is close to the airport, but because it is so close to the airport, it was a bit difficult and expensive to get taxis to and from the property. Someone came to meet us at check in, checked passports and keys, and promptly left. Later that evening, we asked the staff about taxi services and instead got many aggressive messages asking us to pay the tourist tax. After 3 whatsapp messages in 20 minutes during dinner time, the staff then called me. If this tax was so very important, why didn't the staff collect this at check in time instead of rushing out the door? We then got asked to send a bank transfer for only 6 euros even though they had previously said cash was fine. The staff threatened us 2 times that if they did not receive the payment, they would report it. Although the property was mostly fine (except for the missing soaps), this customer experience left a bitter end to our stay.

Terrible sketchy, noisy and dirty neighborhood. The building is run down and not maintained.

Har i brug for et værelse tæt på Napoli lufthavn så snyd ikke jer selv for denne perle. Efter at være kommet ind i en lidt kedelig bygning via en ståldør og op på 4 sal venter der et ekstraordinært værelse lavet med den flotteste finis vi har set i sydeuropa. Vi boede i det Romantiske værelse med udsigt fra altanen over byen mod havnen. Værten Triscya taler ikke meget engelsk, men med smil, fagter og mobiloversættelse går det nemt. Hun er meget hjælpsom og let til smil. Sig ikke nej hvis hun tilbyder at lave hendes gode Pasta Napoli. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen hvis vi skal til de kanter.

Rude staff noisy room chairs scraping tvs on some idiot sweeping the floor at 3 am and then the planes flying over. Quite possibly the worst nights sleep.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is not a hotel or even qualifies as a B&B really. It’s someone’s apartment in a super dirty and sketchy building that has been divided up into guest rooms. The front door has shattered, broken glass and was so dirty you could not see through it. There was a board holding it together and a “for rent” sign. We thought we were in the wrong place. Stairs to the fourth floor were dirty, smelly, and felt unsafe. There was no one there to greet us, although we gave our time of arrival beforehand as requested and arrived on time. There was nowhere to park and no directions on where we might find the advertised parking. Groups of dodgy men were hanging about on the street outside. We felt so unsafe and creeped out that we left and went to another hotel. We messaged the “hotel” Civico to tell them this and received an argumentative response saying the area is bad but the rooms are fine and complained that they were there “waiting for us” (an hour late!). Ultimately we spent €300 on a last-minute hotel by the airport that was clean and secure. Expedia got involved but the hotel refused to provide a refund even though their listing is totally misleading and we never stayed there. Expedia should not be listing this property as it is not a hotel, but a rooming house in a dirty building in a sketchy neighbourhood. Booking on Expedia should assure some basic level of cleanliness, safety, and minimal service like someone being present to check you in.

Very nice room. Breakfast poor not even had milk for the coffee or cornflakes . Then there was only a croissant and a cake which were in a packet not fresh. No juices and coffee was instant. No restaurants or bars nearby so taxis or a car necessary.

Check in was easy and the host was gracious providing water, coffee and breakfast snacks. It’s a beautifully decorated room.

No made-to-order hot breakfast as advertised. Extra 20 payable by cash if you don't check in during their preferred hours. The outside is deceiving, beautiful interior. Not too quiet since there is no control of the neighboring apartments. Awesome pizza just down the street that is open late.

Suíte impecável, porém, não fica ninguém na recepção, talvez por serem poucas suítes, café , apesar de incluso, praticamente não existiu, apenas uns biscoitinhos, água pra comprar, tb não tinha, sem chance de retorno.

Chambre agréable près de l aéroport. Sinon peu de transport en commun pour aller vers le centre.

Der Unterkunft war Ansicht neu renoviert, aber der Apartment und Umgebung war sehr unsicher. Die Frau ,die uns Schlüssel gegeben hat, war nicht so freundlichen wie uns erwartet haben, und sie wollte von uns 8€ wegen Reinigung obwohl in Expedia stand dass wir 5€ zahlen müssen. Aber aufjedenfall werde ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

Convenient for airport - really nice hosts

There’s communication barrier with the owner, she speaks only Italian and no word of English. The streets and neighbourhood are quite dirty and dangerous, just be very careful if you’re leaving in the early morning to the airport as we almost got mugged… perhaps consider taking a taxi if you do, there were lots of noises at night (I think kids were having a party) so it was a bit hard to sleep. But the room is clean and spacious, ok for 1 night for an early morning flight from Naples airport

The staff made us waste so many hours waiting for them to come check us in. We already got the keys from the home owner, but we were forced to wait in the hotel room until the hired staff to come in and officially "check us in" also Breakfast was served too late, we didn't want to wait around for them to come with the breakfast so we just left. The area is also very sketchy and not close to anything worth visiting.
