Staff were very helpful. Property was clean and the bed was comfy. Would have been nice to have some water/milk in the room for tea/coffee. Area is convenient, 15/20 min walk from most attractions. Molino opposite was very good for breakfast/dinner.

희년이라 많이 비쌈 거군다나 1층 배정 너무하다 싶었음. 내가 늦게 예약한것도 아니고 미리 방은 해줄수있었던것 아닌지 좀 아쉬움

Great property with the nicest staff!! The breakfast was delicious & the room was very spacious which can be rare for Italy. Elevators are really small & all the main attractions are at least a 15 minute walk but besides that everything was great.

Elevator is too small also the lobby not good for old people too much stairs

Staff was excellent. Offered excellent suggestions for dining, touring, etc. Rooftop breakfast was great.

Overall a great hotel. It’s a boutique hotel and as most hotels in Rome, they are smaller than typical U.S. hotels. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great but food was ok. Rooms were very clean. Recommend they put clothe hooks or more shelves as they didn’t have a lot. Beds were a bit hard too. But for the location you are only 1/2 mile walk from Colosseum and 1 mile from all the other tourist attractions. We greatly enjoyed the place and can’t thank the staff enough for their friendliness and hospitality.

I can’t actually comment on the Doria Palace, as when we arrived to check in, they told us we couldn’t stay as there was no water on our floor…but they moved us to their sister hotel over the road, the Prassede Palace, which was fine (possibly slightly nicer). I suspect the lift in Doria Palace (which only takes one person at a time!) would have been a pain.

Our room and likely the others need a good refresh. The room carpet was filthy and stained. There were also stains on the ceiling and the tv remote control had food or another substance all over it. The corners of the carpet had a build up of dirt. The lift is so small it barely fits one person and a suitcase. There were 3 rooms per floor and 5 floors. The 6th floor is the small rooftop area for breakfast or evening drinks but as it so small you have to book a time slot for breakfast. There are no other facilities or social areas. Location is convenient for train station but for price paid I wouldn’t recommend it if all rooms are as dirty as ours was.

Lugar muito bem localizado. A recepcionista Martina muito simpática, ajudando-nos com todo o necessário, além de se esforçar para falar a nossa língua. Recomendo.

Lovely hotel in a great location very close the church where the Pope has just been buried. Small with only 25 rooms but clean and tidy. Only alight issue was our air conditioning didn't work properly, in fairness I didn't mention it at the desk so it's possible the hotel could have fixed it. Otherwise it was a nice room, comfy bed and well appointed. Nore the TV is only Italian channels, no international ones if that matters to anyone.

The staff was so friendly, the whole building/room/bathroom was spotless, beds were comfortable, and very safe and convenient location! I highly recommend and will be returning!

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, modern eingerichtet und das ganze Hotel war sauber und angenehm ruhig. Auch das Badezimmer war schön gestaltet und es gab sogar ein Bidet – ein echtes Plus! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die Dame, die sich morgens um das Frühstück gekümmert hat – sie war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hat wirklich jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung, nicht überragend, aber absolut ausreichend. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Der Aufzug ist wirklich winzig – es passt gerade mal eine Person rein. Da das Frühstück im 6. Stock serviert wird, kann das morgens schon etwas anstrengend sein, vor allem mit Gepäck oder wenn man es eilig hat. Die Rooftop-Terrasse war schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein – allerdings fanden wir die Preise dort etwas übertrieben. 6 Euro für eine Cola ist schon happig. Für Hotelgäste wären etwas fairere Preise wünschenswert. Die Lage ist super: ruhige Gegend, Bahnhof ganz in der Nähe und das Kolosseum ist in etwa 20 entspannten Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit tollem Personal – mit kleinen Verbesserungen könnte es noch besser werden.

Close to a very important church

Nice and charming small hotell that have great staff and service - they help you with all you need - for us good location since we like to walk a lot - close to all you need to see 👌

Had a 2 night stay there. Hotel is very conveniently located, just across the street to Santa Maria Maggiore and the big big tour stop. There are also restaurants and cafe around too. Hotel provides a €10 breakfast in rooftop which I did not take. Elevator is available but it’s very small, just good for one luggage and one person. Room is decent but abit warm. Otherwise it is relatively clean and comfortable.

Great position next to red bus tour, tourist attractions, train station, restaurants etc. Staff really friendly and breakfast exceeded expectations. Only issue we had was no hot water so couldnt wash our hair.

Zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Termini entfährt, von dort fährt der Leonardo Express nonstop zum Flughafen FCO. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe, sehr ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen mit einem excellenten Boxspring Bett, man schläft wie im Himmel. Das Zimmer hat ein modernes Badezimmer und besonders ist die hervorragende Sauberkeit hervorzuheben. Das Frühstück in der kleinen Rooftop Bar war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Das Personal im Hotel zeichnet sich durch Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aus, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es viel gute Cafés und Restaurants, Metro Station ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Empfehlung für einen Rom Trip!

Great place to stay, closed to the basilica train station and restaurant to eat

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Leider war die Zimmertür sehr schalldurchlässig. Sonst ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Sehr, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
