Me gustó mucho el hotel, el personal muy amable, que lo necesario para dormir y bañarse está en una calle muy congestionada y tiene ventanas que aislar el ruido de la calle. Lo recomiendo mucho

Nice room, nice staff, excellent location with only 5 minutes walk to trainstation, hoponhopoff-bus, 10 minutes to Duomo, many good, nice and cheap restaurants within 100 meter, flea market in the weekend at square just around the corner.

Excelente quarto, muito confortavel. Bem localizado.

Gardinet dækkede kun halvt, der var skimmelsvamp i vindueskarmen, de slukker for varmen og den tændes igen 14:30 så i vintermånederne er der sindssygt koldt, toilettet havde et helt vildt larmende skyl og der var ekstremt meget larm fra elevatoren (meget larm generelt, dårlig lydisolering). Det virkede som om de var ved at renovere værelset ved siden af vores, så der var larm konstant derinde sent op ad eftermiddagen. Det positive er lokationen, prisen og personalet, som var hjælpsomme. Dog synes jeg det var mærkeligt, at man kun kunne betale turist skat kontant.

Das Hotel Eden ist ein nettes kleines Hotel in der Via Nazioanale, von dem aus die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß aus erreichbar sind. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit - grazie mille.

La stanza con affaccio sul giardino mibè piaciuta molto,silenziosa pulita rinnovata anche nella zona bagno, il personale gentile, un buon rapporto qualità prezzo

The staff was friendly and helpful. The private room with separate, private bathroom were clean. Good value for location. I would stay again.

Depending on your budget and options, Eden is a reasonable place to stay on a budget. There were a few things we noticed during our stay which could have been better, hence the slightly lower ratings, but all of these were nice-to-have only. The AC didn't cool very quickly, and some of the floor tiles seemed to have a heat source underneath. Combined with needing to be in the room while having any electricity on was not ideal. We had to keep the AC on all night after 30°C days. The road outside was also a little grubby, which had to be walked through to get to any of the touristy parts of town (San Lorenzo). Much better once you got a few streets over (south & east). On the plus side, the memory foam mattress cover was a lovely addition, and the shower was great if a little small - the shower also goes much colder than the sink tap! The hotel was also in good walking distance to any touristy part of town we needed.

This hotel was better than expected and good value. Only a one night stay, but everything was good.

No ac remote in May. Since it’s not a high season

Rude staff.

Y urgen y la chica de la cafetería son excelentes anfitriones mil gracias, el lugar es perfecto limpio amplio cómodo con agua caliente y cafecito por las mañanas…se camina a muy poco al tren y al basílica compras y el mercado …

The front desk was rude. We booked this trip last minute to extend our trip one night. We accidentally booked it for one person and when we checked in with 2 people they charged us an additional €150 for the night. We understand they charge per person but €150 was crazy for a room we were already paying €260 for and the man at the front desk seemed to pull that number out of nowhere. This seemed like a scam when we were in a vulnerable spot. The room itself is very basic but was clean however the bathroom has a horrible musty smell. There was a very small window you could open in the bathroom that you could open but it was above the balcony of the room next door and the screen was cut out. This did not seem like the safest since there was access to our room like that. We stayed at the Corona D’Italia one block over for the first 4 nights and it was much better based on staff service alone. Stay anywhere else but here!
