Room smelly and very small. Definitively not a 4 star hotel. The staff was helpful as long as you don’t ask anything outside of the ordinary, otherwise they don’t show any willingness to help. We asked for a cancellation at the last minute due to an issue with our travel arrangements and also given the condition of the hotels and they even did not try to entertain the idea of a partial reimbursement.

Staff very helpful. The hotel infrastructure is tired.

Street outside was busy busy busy

Check-in was horrible. My husband stopped car near the hotel. I went into the hotel lobby. The female staff was supper snubby, the way and tone she tlked to me showing she does not think I am qualified to walk into this hotel. I told her I reserved parking and showed her my message to hotel on hotles.com. Then she laughed laudy at me and rolled he eyes. She said, "we decidef not reply to you. Ha ha ha." I said I would call hotels.com, then she said there was a spot available for 2 days. There is no door man, no luggage staff, no valet parking. She was the only one working in the hotel according to her. Can't believe a 4 star hotel like this. She gave me a map and told me how to drive to the hotel, and she said she would told me how to get to the garage when we drive here. The road she pointed out to me is one way and she tols me to drive against the one way road! I wonderif she really doesn't know it or intentionally told me wrong info. More than half hour later, we reached hotel. I brought some luggage with me in hotel and my husband was in car waiting. The same female staff said, "Ther eis no need to bring luggage. You can drive intp garage and take luggage in from there." I said "You did not tell me". She laughed again, "You did not ask. Ha ha ha". It was her said she would tell me about garage when we get here. What a terribel staff and a horrible person she is! The garage is very squishy and has steel prick sticking out on wall corner. The room is dark and super noicy.

They didn’t have iron or ironing boards in room . Had to go downstairs to iron . No water in the room , they said we don’t offer water . Gym was in pathetic shape , old machines didn’t work .

They put us in a room below one that was under construction. So from 7am to 10pm there was constant banging. Bugs in the bathroom. Room very small and dirty. Staff tried to charge us multiple times for facilities we did not use. Worst hotel we’ve stayed in in any country.

Great classic, beautiful hotel. Super clean, professional staff. Centrally located in the heart of Palermo.

Grand old hotel. Common areas great. Breakfast very good. Location in the heart of the action. Rooms matched the era of the hotel. Bathrooms small. Shower leaked water over bathroom floor with mould on wall above shower tile

Very nice and accommodating staff. The location is smack in the middle of the old centre. Beware that getting a vehicle to the hotel is like getting to your seat at a rock concert with a pickup truck; that is to say, doable.

Super beliggenhet, gammelt ærverdig hotel. Store rom. Bra frokost.

The room was spacious especially for Europe and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Stefania who was wonderful.
