Location was safe and quiet. Slight walking to take a bus into town centre. Onlyb2 food outlets nearbyvto hotel. Hotel breakfast was excellent but wished some menu to change instead always same food items iny 4 nights stay.
Overall a very good quality hotel.
Schönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer, tolles Bad und ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet. Wir waren zu viert und hatten genügend Platz im Familienzimmer. Es war ruhig und wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel, der kostenlos war. In der Innenstadt von Bozen bekommt man unter 20 Euro keinen Parkplatz. Etwas außerhalb der Stadt gelegen, aber wir wollen das so.
We stayed at the hotel with our family and had a truly special experience. We booked a king room for two adults and one child, already expecting that our child would sleep with us.
To our surprise, when we arrived, the hotel had prepared an extra bed in the room just for our child. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
On top of that, they went even further by providing little slippers, coloring paper, and pencils — small touches that made a big difference and showed genuine care and attention to our child’s comfort.
What made it even more special is that we hadn’t requested any of this in advance. It was a lovely surprise and really showed how much the hotel cares about creating a welcoming experience for families.
We truly appreciated this extra attention, and it made our stay even more memorable.
