Pas d’accès à internet dans notre chambre (nous devons sortir pour avoir du wifi.) La climatisation ne fonctionne pas (nous sommes plus sur un ventilateur qui fait beaucoup de bruit… Les avions passent au dessus de l’hôtel et très bas pour atterrirent impressionnant et surtout bruyant. Cela ne vaut pas du tout un 4 étoiles en Italie.

L'hotel si trova su una strada molto trafficata e di notte si sente rumore. La stanza era grande e pulita, ma c'era odore di muffa. Nella foto era indicata la vasca ma in realtà c'era una piccola cabina doccia con lo scarico non funzionante. Dalla colazione ci si aspettava molto di piu. Comodo il parcheggio convenzionato accanto, €15 a notte.

otima estadia

La struttura nel complesso è buona (unica pecca forse solo gli infissi che non isolano perfettamente dal rumore del traffico). Quello che fa di questa struttura il vedo "plus" è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale che è ben sopra qualsiasi media. Io ci sono stata con la mia famiglia, incinta e con una bimba di 10 mesi e loro sono stati disponibilissimi a venire incontro ad ogni mia necessità per la piccola. Tutti super top, ma un ringraziamento speciale devo farlo ad Alessandro della reception perché è stato particolarmente bravo a risolvere un nostro grosso problema una delle sere in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Questa struttura la consiglierei vivamente a tutti.

This hotel is listed as 4 star, it is not. Perhaps their Sorrento hotel is better, but the one in Naples is 2 star at best. We stayed here for one night after a 2 week vacation on the Amalfi Coast and chose it specifically because of its proximity to the Naples airport and shuttle offer, so we didn’t expect much, but it wasn’t great. Reception staff is pleasant and helpful if you ask. They do have a decent breakfast that is more than a classic Italian breakfast (they offer eggs, meat, fruit, yogurt, various baked goods, cereal, juice and coffee). The towels, sheets and bathroom were clean (or appeared so) but that’s kind of where it ends. The headboard of the bed was completely peeling, the mattress was lumpy, hard and extremely uncomfortable, the pillows could hardly be called pillows and the bedspread was clearly not cleaned consistently, yuk…so that went on the floor immediately. They also gave us literally the smallest room on the property (it was visible on the fire map) with all our luggage and my 6ft broad husband (all of which they could see), my husband literally couldn’t fit in the shower, and we had to climb over our bags to get around. Would have been nice if the front desk had some forethought there, because judging by the keys hanging, they were certainly not full. There were snacks and drinks in the fridge/room, but no explanation as to whether they were included in the room charge, so we left those alone. Overall very uncomfortable, we wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel em boas condições, mas localizado em um rua muito movimentada, não tem entrada para descarregar as bagagens, vc tem que parar na rua, ligar o pisca alerta e rezar para ninguém bater no seu carro. A calçada em frente ao hotel tem só uns 50cm de largura. O estacionamento é terceirizado e localizado a uns 200 metros da entrada do hotel.

Old school and friendly

Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful.

Very poor standard of accommodation. The first room offered was in terrible condition, the second one did not have a lockable door and the third was just about acceptable to sleep in

Property listed laundry facilities, but there were no facilities available.

We were happy with the service.

Posizione scomoda ,ingresso struttura poco sicuro. Parcheggio Distante. La struttura è discreta.

Betjening var hyggelige, men dårlig lukt/luft inne. Gammelt slitt, med den verste inngangen jeg har sett. Sengen var god og klimaanlegg bra. Tilbudt taxiavtale av hotellet var lureri pga pris. Ok pris

So close to bus station and tourist spot

After reading mixed reviews we were surprised and delighted by our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious, tidy and cool, beds comfortable and excellent maid service. Some things are a little dated like the shower but still functional. People forget how hard Covid hit the independent hotel sector hardest / but the Grand is still a unique and the artwork gives it great character. The staff were helpful and friendly. Small bar, useful /reasonably priced and the breakfast - had bacon and scrambled eggs as well as a range of cakes cereals and continental staples. Buses into Naples frequent about 15 minutes from centre. Get an Artcard if visiting museums and using public transport. Pavement outside narrow but we had no real problems - A busy road but no busier than others in the City. The roof terrace although in need of TLC gives great views across the city and nearby churches. Will stay again if i'm in the area.

This is a beautiful hotel, very nicely spacious rooms. It is old dated, but the furniture is very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. They helped me locate European style chargers for my phone and computer even provided me on the go breakfast so I don’t miss my flight. If you are looking for a luxury of hotels, and this is not for you. But if you are looking for something beautiful, spacious and affordable, this is something you need to look into.
