La habitación estaba bien, caliente y la cama comoda

Mi dispiace, ho avuto problemi con due camere che mi hanno cambiato in una purtroppo il bagno è intasato e la seconda ha iniziato a perdere acqua in maniera importante dal soffitto del bagno e tutto il bagno si è lentamente allagato

Had a great day, the room was clean. Everybody was very friendly and the breakfast was adequate. Great location with some restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again Fiona.

La chambre était impeccable. L’accueil et le petit déjeuner parfait je recommande vivement cet établissement. J’y retournerai si je dois revenir sur Milan

Initial room had crumbling walls, missing hair dryer, door does not lock, unfriendly frontdesk staff.

Hotel vieillissant ne mérite pas 4 étoiles beaucoup de bruite à l'extérieur venant du centre commercial wifi dans la chambre HS pratiquement pas d'aide de la part du personnel "venez en bas travailler a la réception " le wifi est gratuit alors s'il ne fonctionne pas ..."

Lamp did not woek

Very nice hotel I have stayed here a few times before when working the area, everything about this hotel is good I cannot fault it, will book to stay again when I am again working in the area

Parking was fine but there was no bar. No evening restaurant. The whole place was like a ghost town

La chambre était agréable. L’hôtel est beau. Dommage que la porte qui sépare la chambre du salon était cassée, que le mini frigo ne fonctionnait pas (les boissons étaient dedans à température ambiante) et qu’il n’y ait qu’une seule ampoule qui fonctionne dans la salle de bains. À part ces petits défauts, le fait que l’hôtel se situe au dessus d’un centre commercial est un vrai plus. Par ailleurs, les petits déjeuners sont complets et excellents.

Old hotel in need of renovation, location near the shopping mall is convenient and parking is also ok. But breakfast is very limited, room furniture is very old, old TV.

We woke up to a false fire alarm that also happened 3-4 times during breakfast, and all false … was very annoying. The window on our room was broken…

Un faux 4 etoiles... décevant pour le prix. Petit déjeuner tres médiocre, literie mauvaise, etat générale de la chambre vieillissant.. bof

Ho chiesto late check out da cliente frequente e mi hanno lasciato soltanto 30 minuti in Più. La mia stanza era abbastanza in cattive condizioni (mure rotte, assiugacapelli un po’ rotto anche, doccia legata con una corda). Per quella cifra che ho pagato dovrebbe essere in perfette condizioni

Maybe its a cultural difference but the staff was not what I'm used to. I can't say rude because they literally dont really speak to you coming and going. The 4 star rating is absolutely overrated. The room is described as 435 sq ft. I assume thats the suite, which isn't that much of a price difference but I assumed they were all that size. First and foremost both mattresses were severely stained. Also the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever been on and I've been to a few below average hotels. When we entered the room it was very stuffy and hot. We called the front desk they said they don't use the ac during this season only the heat. Our last night it was terribly freezing and the heat didn't work either. My wife is very big on TV and there wasn't channel she could watch and the TV was so outdated that you couldn't even use a streaming service. The only good thing is that the hotel was on top of a mall. Which was very convenient. I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotels I've been to. Me and the wife decided to venture out into other parts of Italy and just stayed at other hotels overnight for some of our trip. For me personally this hotel put me in a bad mood. Kind of made me look at Italy as a not so desirable place being that it was our first impression. Outside of this hotel Italy is great. My recommendation is to absolutely pass on this hotel. We stayed at other hotels that were less but so much better. This hotel compares to a Motel 6 at best.

Bagno in camera impresentabile. La doccia bagna dappertutto.

Il bagno era fatiscente e la doccia allagava il bagno. Troppo poco per un 4 stelle.

hotel decadente velho estive la em 2016 mas a apresentação do hotel está mais para 2 estrelas acho que devem escolher melhor, foi um hotel lindo no passado mas está sem cuidados achei sujo e o shoping em frente dele tb está abandoando varias lojas fechadas piso quebrado na entrada em frente ao hotel FIZ O PAGAMETO FUI ATÉ O HOTEL E NÃO FIQUEI ME DERAM UM QUARTO QUE NÃO QUIS FICAR ; PERDI ESTE VALOR vcs devem dar melhores informações ,eu e meu marido não gostamos perdemos o valor nota zero

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend staying there if you’re visiting Milan.
