The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable - and the view was spectacular.

Tiny showers but otherwise we had a nice stay. Bus goes to Sorento but if you’re a taxi person it’s 50 euros on average. Everybody has their own price.

Beautiful

The breakfast was good. Front desk was helpful. Room was comfortable & had a coffee machine as well as kettle. View was excellent out of the balcony. The only drawback, was the location. It is not near city center. No shopping or dining nearby.

Overall satisfied with the stay.

Rude staff, terrible service, and two days in a row ear-splitting drilling right by our room starting at 8:30. We let it go one day, and went out, but the second day it was raining and we got a huge headache and finally had to ask for them to stop. We never got the comped bottle of wine. Poor command of English so any complex requests went unanswered. After my fever, I got a massage the next day, and went up to the pool deck. I lost the key card and the brusque, older woman with shoulder length brown hair and thick black glasses made a big to do about this! It's a spa and aren't we supposed to be relaxing? The road is noisy and the shutters do drown out some of the road noise at night but very noisy if you want to sit on your patio, the road is right there. it look over 14 hours just go get an extra blanket when I was freezing with a fever one might. No friendly greetings, nasty stares, and the front desk forgot our 5:30 am wake up call and we almost missed our flight. The same older man at the front desk gave us the wrong information and told us our tour was cancelled due to rain when it was not! One morning we had no breakfast because they were short staffed and opened late. A lot more went wrong! The spa was luke warm, the steam room and sauna did not work and you have to book these serices in advance, no one tells you this. We asked for a reduction in our bill but the man at the front desk said he is just a worker. I will be contacting Expedia for one!

We liked the vibrant hotel and the gracious front desk. Our room was clean and we did have a partial view of the ocean. It is about 1 mile from Sorrento and I don’t think it can be walked safely (no sidewalks). There is a bus stop that can take you into the city right outside the hotel— for either the EAV or Sita. It will also drop you back. You can purchase bus tickets ahead of time at a tabacchi shop or pay on the bus. We found the EAV came around more often when we needed it but expect that it comes about every 30 minutes. There are barely any call buttons or signage where you are on the bus route so google maps is very handy to figure out when you need to get off. The hotel itself suites our needs. The included breakfast had a lot of options, which we enjoyed. We liked the quiet and that the city was a little bit away.

The best part of our entire honeymoon trip was staying at this hotel! The staff were exceptional and helped us book all of our activities, print our train tickets, make restaurant reservations, anything we needed. Our room was cleaned every day, and the amenities were amazing. We took advantage of the hotel spa and had massages, and we loved the rooftop pool. Overall an amazing stay, and we will recommend to anyone travelling to Sorrento.

Dit hotel heeft een prachtige ligging met uitzicht op Capri. Sorrento is gemakkelijk per bus of auto te bereiken. Heerlijke cocktails bij de poolbar en een prima uitgebreid buffet. Het hotel is helaas wel erg gehorig en ligt aan een drukke weg. Daardoor hoor je echt alles in de kamers en is rustig op je balkon zitten er niet echt bij.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The views were absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which was well maintained. Our only disappointment was the food. Breakfast was great but the dinner could have been better for the price.

The hotel is very nice and the views are amazing. It is a little off the beaten path which we liked, but a very easy drive or bus ride to sorrento. The rooms are spacious and the staff is great. We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel wonderful personnel specially the owner and the entire team . Thank you we will be back.
