What an absolute treat. Wonderfully friendly staff (that spoke English, which we appreciated), very nice room that was clean and well-appointed, and an excellent breakfast buffet made this one of our favorite stops on a recent Italian road trip. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!

Everything very good uphill walk to Centro but very nice restaurants and lots sights to see. Nice town. Parking easy which is great. Adjoining restaurant was awesome. Sergio looked after us. Fantastic pasta and focaccia appy. Amazing steak of the highest quality. This restaurant was highlight of the hotel stay. All else good. We would stay again. I carefully read reviews and make decisions based on them. This place is worth booking.

Super-nice, clean and very friendly hotel. It's about 15 min walk (up hill) to the center... but in l'Aquila everything is up and down the hill. The hotel property is excellent shape, and the rooms are large and convenient. Would stay there again without a blink!

Albergo con poche stanze in struttura d'epoca finemente ristrutturato e arredato. Titolare e personale attento e preparato. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Zona tranquilla un po' defilato dal centro che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi.

Struttura molto bella, ma la posizione è un po' scomoda e si rischia di non riuscire a parcheggiare nelle vicinanze.

Nice large room. Location was a little away from the town centre and about 1/2 km walk to get to it. Restaurant attached to the hotel was awesome and we enjoyed a magnificent steak cooked to perfection. Worth going there just for a steak dinner.

Chambre magnifique, service au top, cadre superbe. Un bémol quand même, les chiens des voisins qui aboient tard le soir et tôt le matin.

Ho prenotato in extremis per un impegno di famiglia ma esperienza terribile. Hotel ha qualcuno che risponde al telefono e fa check in dalle 7:30 alle 11 e dalle 16 alle 20. In mezzo se non trovi il posto (la città è piena di chiusure), hai bisogno di una coperta (ho dovuto insistere, ma per fortuna me l'hanno data), vuoi uscire e tornare e non funziona la chiave sei fuori da tutto. La colazione misera. Si fa dalle 7:30 alle 9:30.. e già lì potrebbero tardare un minimo. Scendo alle 9:00, segnalo dal giorno prima le mie allergie e niente. Trovo solo un croassant. Avevo chiesto le uova ma alle 9:00 erano finite . La stanza ha delle finestre in alto, chiuse da grate. Quindi, no, non ci si può affacciare. La notte la gente che staziona lì sotto ti impedisce di dormire.

Personale gentile e disponibile, la responsabile della reception ci ha dato moltissime informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e dove cenare, struttura e camere all'altezza delle aspettative come tutto il personale dell'hotel, la permanenza è stata molto piacevole, vivamente consigliato

We loved the actual property. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was great.The location was interesting, right opposite 99 Cannelle which was something we most wanted to see. We weren't far from the historic center by car. Our only issue was finding the hotel since the road that every single navigation app guided us to was closed and many of the streets around the hotel were one way. Getting there to check-in and then again after we'd had dinner downtown were incredibly stressful. We forgot something at the hotel when we checked out and were extremely grateful that they called us to let us know and then stayed at the front desk past check out time for us to be able to drive back and retrieve what we'd left behind.
