The hotel was in a great spot to discover Verona. Rooms were great with very comfy bed and good hot shower. Breakfast was lovely, but the only thing I think that could be improved was getting pots of coffee from serving staff. Either too few or need better direction.

The most wonderful and friendly staff! A very traditional family hotel with rooms and facilities at or above international standards. It’s also very, very central. Perfect for any stay in Verona.

The hotel was a beautiful boutique hotel with so much charm, the room was lovely. It was perfectly located accessible to the gorgeous historic centre, shops and great restaurants. The staff were impeccable and most accommodating, i will definitely visit again.

The reception staff were very warm & welcoming. They offered champagne and other beverages while you check in. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Everything was top notch. Highly recommend!!!

Great location but hotel looking a little dated and our room looked ‘tired’ but we were only there for 1 night so it didn’t really matter. Staff on hotel reception were excellent.

Excellently located hotel in Verona, few steps away from the heart of the city. It was lovely to meander through the little streets and just enjoy Verona as it unfolds right before your eyes!

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of activity in Verona.

I would not stay here again if I had the option. For me, it was very overpriced for what you received. I do not feel like there were enough amenities to warrant the cost. The rooms were not luxurious and spacious. My friend stayed at a hotel down the street and hers was much bigger with more modern Appeal and even had a large balcony looking to the arena. I think that the prestige of the name is what people choose. Initially, I was taking this trip solo and I wanted to stay in a place that was nice and seemed safe. Once again, knowing what I know now every place in the area seems pretty safe. The staff at the front desk could have been a little more kind upon checking in as well. I checked in early just due to my train times and my room was not ready. That is completely understandable. I was the second group in line that morning for checking in though. My room was not ready till actual check in and when I came back at 3 PM, every single bag was out of that lobby except for my two bags. They did not even bring them to my room when it was ready. I expect more from a high end experience. Once again for me, I would not choose this property again bc I did not feel as though it was worth the price point. I will say the bellman was very nice. The property was clean and safe. Breakfast was great. For me it just wasn’t worth the price point based on amenities.
