Parfait, comme la dernière fois! Chambre au calme, ambiance coocooning,petit hotel très bien situé, personnel très agréable et a votre écoute, souriant, chaleureux. Nous avons passés un super séjour, se sentant un petit peu comme chez nous!

The hotel held the full amount of the stay as the "deposit" but didn't tell me about it. I thought my stay was automatically charged. Then, when I checked out, staff asked me to swipe my card to pay for my stay, saying that my stay was unpaid. I was unaware of the amount that was automatically deducted from my account so I paid on site when I check out. Then I found out that the hotel charged the same amount twice. Then I called the hotel and staff explained that the first automatic charge was "on hold" and would be returned to me. But three days after I checked out it was still not returned. Then I called again and emailed , finally staff returned that automatic charge to me. The largest amount of deposit I have ever seen is $50 for the entire stay and would be returned or canceled right after checking out .The issue is that , had I not checked my bank account and left the country, I would never have realize the double charge until much later. But otherwise, the stay was comfortable, hotel condition is good, convenient location and good breakfast.

Property was clean and staff was helpful. There is construction going on and they start daily by 8:00 am. Normally that wouldn't bother us but we like to sleep in on vacation.

Everything was excellent. Staff were helpful and eager to please. Breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel. Street outside was a bit loud at night, and may be a problem for light sleepers. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nossa estada foi muito boa e ficamos em quarto voltado para um jardim.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had the family suite that was on the ground floor. First off the ac wasn’t working well that I had to go buy a fan from down the street to make the room at least enough for us to feel cool in the room. Willam and the men that work the reception was amazing. Unfortunately the women staff had major attitude and when I asked for an extra towel the lady in the front said “no” after I asked to speak to the manager she quickly changed her mind and gave me one. Not to mention when I checked out they wanted to charge me 10 euros for giving me a towel to use. The location is great. Breakfast is ok. Room was too hot. Not worth the place with the amount they charge for a room.
