Hotel vicinissimo a Piazza San Marco. Comodo e confortevole. Personale cortese e gentile. Pulito ed ordinato. Vario e ben fornito l buffer colazioni. Insonorizzate le camere. Comoda, spaziosa e confortevole la suite, peccato che l'ascensore si fermi al piano precedente e che ci sia una ripida scala.

Stanza poco pulita e un po’ fredda, riscaldamento gestito dalla Reception. Colazione tutto confezionato però la posizione É top

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Dutzend Meter vom San Marco entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (100 Meter). Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Housekeeping war sehr freundlich und der Service hervorragend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Kuchen.

It was very clean and welcoming, the front staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was worth the price and the breakfast was also amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay at the Hotel Casanova was awful for the following reasons: 1. When I checked out this morning the front desk man was drunk and was fumbling to facilitate my checkout at 4.00 am. 2. The staff did not assist me in booking my taxi to the airport despite raising it with them on multiple occasions causing me to nearly miss my flight this morning. 3. My room has multiple stains on the carpet. 4. No one helped me with my bags either on the way in or on the way out. 5. The cleaning staff kicked me and my son out of the room at 9.30 am saying that they refused to clean unless we left the room within 10 minutes. 6. I was overcharged quite significantly despite booking the hotel 6 months in advance as I checked hotels.com and I was charged nearly 33% more than I would have if I had booked the hotel the day before. Very disappointing indeed. I won't stay there again.

Lovely little hotel in the middle of the shopping district just behind St Marks's Square. Excellent location. It was quiet at night. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable, air-conditioned worked well (it was 34 degrees C during our stay). Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Unfortunately there was no bar service as there was no-one able to serve behind the bar despite there being a concierge on the desk at all times. Good price and room was quite large for a hotel in this location.

El personal no era simpático, incluso la recepcionista respondió de mala manera a un cliente. El desayuno era muy sencillo, no correspondía a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Había poca comida. Fuimos a desayunar a las 8:30 y algunos recipientes estaban vacíos. Los camareros solo los reponían si los clientes se quejaban. Todo el personal parecía trabajar a disgusto. Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación.

My stay at hotel Casanova Venezia was absolutely amazing. It is a beautifully appointed hotel with spacious room and great service besides a bit of language barrier. Their breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. More than you could ask for. Most everything was in walking distance that we wanted to see and wonderful restaurants to enjoy. It was close to the water bus and water taxi. I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Venice. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Huge stains on carpet along with fuzz balls from carpet pilling. Had hotel organize water taxi back to the airport for 5 am, we were told that the desk person would show us how to get to the water taxi, well he spoke no English so we had no water taxi and almost missed our flight to London. The bed was made with the pillows half way down the bed underneath the covers, no toilet paper was available in the middle of the night. I expected more from a 4 star hotel in Venice stay elsewhere where…. You have been warned! Cost was over $500 CAD A NIGHT!!!

Excelente localização, perto de tudo. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, com espaço, o banheiro limpo e espaçoso. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com bastante variedade. Único porém, é que o quarto é com carpete, para quem é alérgico como eu e meu marido não é muito bom.

Great location. Staff was nice. My daughter & i had a room in back of hotel, and 1st night there when we opened windows, there was a sewage smell. Looking at other reviews later, apparently there is a public toilet that abutts the back of the hotel Our room had dark, old carpeting & just felt overall a bit blech. HOWEVER, my parents had another room that wss amazing- a corner room with a street view & it felt very light & clean- maybe recently renovated. I wouldn't stay here again unless i could request a room like that!

Le hotel está prácticamente a minutos de plaza san Marcos. El problema q tuvimos todos los q estábamos en el hotel es que NO HABÍA AIRE ACONDICIONADO. El motivo nunca entendimos y que si teníamos calor que abriéramos la ventana pero pues aparte q se escuchaba el ruido de la gente en la calle; entraban mosquitos. Las peores 2 noches de mi viaje ya queríamos irnos pero no había disponibilidad en otro hotel a buen precio. También creemos que había chinches en la cama pues no dejábamos de rascarnos HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

Me foi ofertado um serviço com ar condicionado no momento da contratação. Ao chegar ao hotel, me foi informado que não havia ar condicionado devido a época do ano, que somente poderia ser utilizado o sistema de calefação. Não fosse isso o bastante, informaram que à noite fazia frio e que ficássemos despreocupados, que era só abrir a janela que dormiríamos em boas condições. Assim o fizemos e foi um verdadeiro show de horrores: insetos entrando no quarto, barulhos e roídos externos das ruas e o cheiro forte característico da cidade de Veneza. Além disso, sou dependente de ar condicionado para dormir, pois sou muito calorento. Caso soubesse que o hotel não oferecia ar condicionado, certamente não o teria contratado. Causou estranheza chegar ao local do café da manhã e este ser arejado com ar condicionado. Independente de clima ou estação do ano, sabemos que embora no ambiente externo a temperatura esteja amena, no ambiente interno a ótica não é a mesma. Tal infortúnio causou muito mal estar e prejudicou bastante o meu lazer e descanso. Por tais motivos, exijo o ressarcimento do valor pago, pois não obtive o serviço na forma com que contratei. Paguei caro por diárias em hotel com ar condicionado e não usufruí deste item que para mim é essencial. Fui obrigado a dormir com a janela aberta, o calor permaneceu, claridade entrou no quarto, fiquei sem privacidade, e insetos e barulho entraram no quarto. Passei a noite sem dormir com um inseto passando perto do meu ouvido, um absurdo.
