สั่งไข่ต้มไปพนักงานแจ้งว่ารออีกไม่นาน ตามไป 2 รอบจนสุดท้ายก็ยังไม่ได้ เลยเลิกรอ เมนูอาหารน้อยมากและหยุดเติมอาหารตั้งแต่ 9.30 น. , ตอนจอดรถหน้าโรงแรมก็โดนพนักงานไล่ไปจอดด้านหลังและบอกว่าจุดจอดมีรถเข้าออก แต่สุดท้ายก็เห็นคันอื่นมาจอดได้ค้างคืนอยู่ดี , ที่พักไม่มีลิฟท์และไม่มีพนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าถ้าพักชั้นบน

My only feedback - assume good intent and learn hospitality manners with your guests. I was traveling through Cortina and was able to check into my adorable room with no problems - with my key, a slip with my name and times for breakfast was the desk. The next morning went to go enjoy breakfast with the other guests in the tent. I was told my room did not include breakfast. Ah, okay - not a problem - It was not clear in my Expedia receipt and I had received the slip to join. I was told just go to the front desk or find the blond woman again to pay for the breakfast (15 euro). Little embarrassing, but resolved! Before leaving, Robbie checked me out of the room and charged me for my breakfast & city tax. I got into my car, only to be met with the waitress knocking on my window saying "no breakfast". She was yelling at me that i did not pay. I got out of the vehicle to show her my receipt and she promptly swiped it out of my hand, aggressively marching around calling for Robbie - in front of the other guests. I see the blond woman walking down the steps yelling that I was all set - in which the waitress, again, aggressively handed me back the slip and didn't apologize. I am an adult that was treated like a teenager and it was extremely uncalled for. May i suggest on the breakfast slip, include a Y/N at the bottom with it circled if its included in your stay instead of assuming ill intent or being suspicious of your guests, as well as making a scene in front of other guests.

Nos hospedamos em um período de baixa estação e o restaurante estava em reforma. O café foi servido em uma tenda na frente da entrada do hotel, com aquecedores, que nem sempre funcionavam. Os ovos eram servidos frios. Pior foi o aquecimento q ficou desligado e apesar das reclamações, ele só foi ligado na nossa última noite e por algumas horas, sendo justificado que a temperatura do nosso quarto estava adequada ( e nós congelando na hora do banho). Detalhe, a temperatura na cidade era de 2 C. O atendimento prestado pelos proprietários foi péssimo, sem o menor interesse em atender as necessidades dos hóspedes. Até para repor o sabonete do banheiro foi necessário fazer um pedido especial, entregue de ma vontade e explicado que este tipo de amenities eram entregues apenas uma vez por estadia. Não recomendo este hotel.

Very nice hotel definitely recommend staying. There is parking in front however also at the back of the hotel ( entrance is by side road before the hotel). The dining is outside in big white tent and the breakfast is great a lot of variety. At this time there is some construction near the hotel so if your room is facing to the main road sleeping after 7:30 it could some challenging.

We were blown away by our experience at Hotel da Beppe Sello! This was such a great location. Our space was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the staff were so kind and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Cortina!

Property is cute, clean and well maintained. We only had a couple of issues with the room during our stay as noted at the end of this review. Then we received a message after we checked out from the hotel staff: (During our stay a curtain rod blew off and broke in the bathroom when a gust of wind came up while we also had the back patio door open. This occurred the day before we checked out. We let the front desk attendant know when we went down that afternoon. He said he appreciated us letting him know before we checked out the following day.) I just received a message from the hotel stating in a extremely rude tone that we should have let them know of this before we checked out. Well we did sir. The previous day when it happened. Needless to say we will be booking a different hotel when we come back next April. Also to note. The window coverings are poorly placed on all of the room windows in regards to how the windows open, they also do not provide enough covering to block out light at night since there is so much outdoor light surrounding their building and the adjacent buildings The road is also extremely noisy and there is construction just steps away from the hotel that awoke us early most mornings. Construction on the property and next door. VERY loud from 8 am - 5:30 pm. Of quiet during the day is your thing, don’t stay here. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly.

My stay was really bad unfortunately even though Staff was great and very kind. I must say the Hotel really clean. The visitors next door were awful, I had a sleepless night despite I told to lower the voice. I had no number to call staff at night. I know visitors manner has nothing to do with you, but they were too noisy and un polite!!! Awful night

Lovely Staff, unique design and atmosphere, beautiful clean rooms, and a fantastic restaurant! II wish the rooms had mini fridges but we just used the balcony since it was winter. And I do wish they would have provided conditioner. But many hotels don't. Overall a fantastic stay!

Room was very small but very clean and cute not many amenities a short walk into town but the first part of the road no sidewalks and a bit dangerous. We did try the restaurant but looked amazing and wish we did. No lift just stairs to your room staff very nice bu no one there at nighttime.
